Townhome holiday rentals in Dana Point

Stayed here with my daughter and the place was in a great location. I will say the street noise gets old, but it’s Oceanside, they are apparently obsessed with obnoxiously loud exhaust systems. It ended up being well worth it and only Friday night had some noise the rest of the stay was perfect. They communicated very well and the setup couldn’t be better. I wish I owned this building lol.

STELLAR IN EVERY RESPECT & EXACTLY as portrayed; PRISTINE-stylish & aesthetically pleasing decor, yet highly comfortable; IMMACULATE inside & out-not even beach sand; HIGH END newer/secure 1500 sq ft structure that presents as a model; WELL APPOINTED plus everything works, with an abundance of sundries, spices, even coffee; STUNNING BEACH/PIER VIEWS (panoramic) from large, furnished, & PRIVATE ROOFTOP PATIO complete with BBQ/Fridge/Sink; GARAGE & CARPORT for 2 vehicles; STEPS TO BEACH, PIER, BAY, & a plethora of restaurants/shops, etc., so no vehicle required; Last but not least, ANTHONY’s A GREAT HOST-readily available & very amicable. WE LOVED every aspect of THE BEST VACATION RENTAL we’ve had so far-CAN’T WAIT TO GO BACK!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable week. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly kind, easy to communicate with, and always quick to respond. We really appreciated how welcoming and helpful they were throughout our stay. Highly recommended – we’d definitely love to come back!

We had a great stay at Stephanie's. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed to comfortably fit 7 adults and 1 kiddo. We loved the extra amenities (Keurig machine, beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, towels) and the amazing location with walking distance to everything at Pacific Beach. In addition, the place was spotless when we arrived - there was no dirt on my socks at all from walking around the house. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay! Super short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and coffee. Description in listing was spot on. House is located on a busy street with lots of nightlife on the weekends (as stated in description). We always bring a white noise machine and noise cancelling ear plugs so wasn’t a huge deal for our family. I definitely got a great leg workout in going up and down the stairs haha! But the space was comfy and we spent most of time on the beach anyway! The host was incredibly responsive with any questions and provided detailed instructions. Would definitely book again!

Camp Jackson is an amazing place with great view of the ocean and good location to go in and out of San Diego. It looks just like the pictures and everything you need for a stay. It really had everything from kitchen supplies to bathroom. Also plenty of beach chairs, umbrella even beach bags. Lisa was very responsive and gave plenty of recommendations from restaurants and told us about The Coaster. A train to take into SD. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a nice stay at Teresa’s condo! It was clean and spacious. The location was very convenient for us with a lot of things in walking distance. Teresa was also a fantastic host. She was extremely responsive and proactive.

Richard is the best! This place never fails to meet all of our expectations! We love coming here and Richard is an excellent host.

By far this was the best Airbnb we have stayed at. The location was perfect and close to restaurants grocery stores and freeways. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. But most importantly Shelly's place was exactly as shown in photos. It was clean and light and beautifully furnished. I am a clean fanatic and the house was immaculate kept. We had a few questions with the "How to's" and Shelly responded immediately. We will definitely stay here again. We really had no complaints. Thank you Shelly for making this special trip for us more enjoyable.

Gina was responsive and the location was the best! You get used to the train, and the view of the ocean was wonderful!! This was by the far, the best stocked rental I have ever been in. Clean, homey, loved everything. The "welcome book" was very helpful.

Morgan was a thoughtful and attentive host. She provided us with all we could possibly need for our stay. The view overlooking the ocean is stunning. The community is peaceful with beautiful flowers and succulents, and completely quiet. It was easy for me to find places to do Pilates each morning and running trails nearby. It was a gift to have a simple walk into town to enjoy great coffee or a delicious brunch! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a well turned out flat. They had everything you could need from blankets to bed linens to kitchen necessities. we loved the easy access to the beach and sunset walks were gorgeous as well as hearing the ocean through your windows. We 100% recommend this lovely place.

Greg was a great host. He made sure we knew how to get into the garage and the house. He check in on us during our stay and was responsive to our questions. The property was safe, 1 block from the ocean and just a few easy blocks to the pier, restaurants and shops. You can feel safe staying here during your trip to O’side

Overall the experience was great! Beautiful, spacious kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. Cute decor. The host was very easy to work with and responsive.

We loved our stay! This is the perfect cozy space, and steps away from the beach. Erica was a wonderful host and very communicative.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Liz was super responsive and provided a lot of great details and information to ensure a seamless check-in and check out experience. There were games and activities for the kids, snacks and bottled water, and additional things like small sunscreens and toiletries which was such a nice touch. Highly recommend this home for a family vacation in Carlsbad.

Wally’s place was convenient and comfortable. It had all the basics to make simple meals and relax after attending a class in the area. Great location and safe neighborhood, walkable to the grocery store and beach.

very clean, suitable for family with kids, great time there

This place was perfect for family and kids- had all the things needed for a 1.5 and 3.5 year old. They enjoyed the toys and high chairs needed for eating. We loved how homey and cozy it was. Great location and felt private and safe. Great for access to Santa Monica and Venice and LA for good food and beach days. Would definitely stay here again when need to be in area.

Disneyland was our main reason for the stay. I was pleasantly surprised that the walk to Disney was as described! I forgot to time it but I think it was around a 10 minute walk to downtown Disney where you go through security. Even after 16 hours at the park the walk still felt easy. Also close enough you could go back midday if needed but we decided to power through. We had our own stroller but the ones provided were nice, multiple options. Pictures match reality and we loved the Disney theming and kids toys/books. We utilized the kid pool and playground as well, nice extras. Place was clean, well stocked and came with plenty of recommendations. If you’re planning a Disney trip skip the tiny hotel rooms that cost more than this for a similar distance to the park!

We needed a centrally located place for our 8 day family trip with 2 kids. This fit the bill! It was within 20 minutes of most of the things we wanted to visit, including Disney. Having the private garage to park was so nice, and Jenn was very helpful when we couldn’t find something. The king bed mattress and pillows were very comfy - we are kind of picky, but sleep was great in that regard. We made use of the beach chairs on two different days, and our kids loved that the pool had a 7.5 ft deep end.

Exceptional Stay – Above and Beyond for Family Comfort My family had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb hosted by Soothing Stays. From the start, our host was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. What truly stood out was their extra effort in making our stay safe and comfortable for our family—especially our toddler grandson. They went out of their way to install toddler gates throughout the property before our arrival, which gave us such peace of mind.
