Sunny two bedroom condo with a sofa pull out bed in the living room. Added air conditioner ! This 1400 square foot unit is on one level and accommodates 6 people, but please no toddlers or runners because neighbors work from home and will complain. It has an ocean view from throughout unit and boasts huge deck. One level and one driveway parking spot nearest front door. New outdoor furniture. We do allow vaccinated dogs that are under 50 lbs (no cats) with a $150 non refundable pet fee

This cottage is located in the heart of Dana Point, a beautiful and uncongested beach community! A 5 minute walk finds you at the nearby town center and new downtown area where you can find restaurants, nightclubs and shopping. Down the street is Dana Point Harbor/marina and the famous Doheny Beach surfing and park or get-away to Catalina Island or whale watching! The Cottage is a great pet friendly with enclosed front and rear yards, a great alternative to the over priced resorts.
