Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Cotton's Cabin

Come get away in our cozy log cabin in a quiet country setting. Cotton's Cabin sits on an 80 acre homestead. There are 2 ponds that guest will have access to, sit on the back porch in the evenings and listen to the frogs and watch the sunset. There are 3 bedrooms all of which are upstairs. All bedrooms have a queen sized bed with one additional pull out sofa bed. Just 20 mins from the Brazos Bend State park, 30 mins from Skydive Spaceland, 45 mins from Downtown Houston and Matagorda beach.

Brazoria Riverside Family Paradise!

This has been our family home for 30 years and we recently renovated. We're excited to share it with guests now who can hopefully make as many great memories as we have! We have 200 ft of San Bernard river frontage with a dock, plus plenty of outdoor activities to keep the whole family entertained. There's a separate guest house with an en-suite bathroom, and the property is just a few minutes away from Hanson Park and its public boat slip. We have everything you need for your family trip!

Unique guest house attached to our main house. Completely separate and private, you and the whole family can relax in this great place with lots of room for fun. Includes a kitchen, washer/dryer, a main bedroom with king-size bed and a secondary bedroom featuring two brand new Queen sized memory foam mattresses as of October 2024. Sleeps 6. TV with Roku along with Keurig and Ninja toaster oven. Friendly and experienced Superhosts will make your stay great!

Cozy barn apartment on a lovely small farm, secluded and quiet in the country. Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.
