The view is exceptional on the sea and the interior in boat style make you really feel like you're on it😊. Super clean and well maintained, easy contact. In short, nothing to complain about, I would recommend it in a second.

We Loved our stay!! Jean-Yves is very friendly and had quick responses whenever we had a question. He really spent time showing us places we could visit and reviewing all the details of the apartment. Comfortable bed and the fully equipped kitchen was great! A bit of a walk to the historic center , 15-20 minutes, but well worth the peace and quiet of the area. Having the washing machine was a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

A real dream house with many details that made the stay even more beautiful. We felt comfortable from the first moment, the house is perfectly divided (also great for home office), great mattresses, many loving little things, a great music/CD collection and a place to relax. Communication with Eric was very fast and thank you for the helpful answers. Also great for a trip with a dog - you can walk through forest paths right from the front door. We'd love to come back and wish other guests a great time.

We booked to enjoy the arrival of the beautiful days with our friends. The cottage is very nice and very well equipped. The environment is very quiet and relaxing and really allows you to disconnect. Jennifer is a very responsive and very pleasant host by message. Morbihan is a very pleasant place and has seduced those of us who discovered it. We really enjoyed the dining area and the terrace, which are conducive to conviviality, as well as the kitchen, which is very well equipped! We had a pleasant weekend at Philippe's. The location of the house is ideal, everything can be done on foot or by bike. House in a quiet neighborhood Ideal for 8 adults and 2 children. Nice welcome by Gildas. Philippe is easily reachable and very responsive in case of problems. Very accommodating for check-in and check-out times.

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety

The apartment is really exceptional and the view is a dream. The communication was super friendly and Kate and her husband are very nice people! The keys are therefore handed over in person. The kitchen is above average well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather. You should consider this before booking, otherwise you will not be able to use the beautiful terrace due to wind and rain. All in all, we liked it very much 🍀

We had a great stay in Carnac, where we have been going regularly for many years. The accommodation is impeccable and welcoming. Recommended for a getaway for two.

Perfect location beside the delightful Conleau peninsula which exceeded our expectations. Good restaurants nearby - we enjoyed Conleau 1930.
