Beachfront holiday rentals in Dalsfjord

It is a great accommodation in a prime location. Excursion destinations such as Alesund, Molde and Andalsnes are very easy to reach. The house is in a very quiet location. The check-in was smooth and Grethe responded quickly to questions. In this house, we immediately felt at home.

We stayed 8 days in Tore and Ann Turids Boathouse with our dog Smilla and our 13 months old daughter. Ann Turid was very kind and always quick in answering our questions. The house is well equipped and it is a magnificent scenery from the house. The weather was a little bit rough sometimes thats why we could not use a boat. Ann Turid was so kind to organize a nice boat trip with a very experienced and nice local fisher called Rune. Rune visited us after the boat trip on the boardwalk to give us tipps for fishing. We loved the area and the peacefulness of this lovely spot. We took a walk up to Kronknappen mountain on a good day. We love to come again.

Sissel and Bernhard are wonderful hosts, their cabin on the waterfront is amazing. Our 3 night stay was 5* in every aspect, I only wished we booked for longer. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Sissel and Bernhard for a memorable stay.

Loved staying here! The view from the terrace is beautiful, so peaceful and quiet. Apartment had everything we wanted and Janne was a great host, would definitely stay again!

Great place and hosts-always responsive and open minded. Superb surroundings- lots of walking options. We loved fishing from the jetty-we spent the biggest part of the day right here. Would definitely recommend and if we have a chance we will definitely go again and for a longer period of time.

A wonderful stay with a fantastic view. A place where you will really come to rest. We rented the boat to sail around the fjord and it was really great! Definitely recommended!

The room has a great view and scenery.The location is also convenient for self-driving. Experience Norwegian-style fireplace heating and tea making by the fjord. The host was responsive.Very good attitude towards guests, you can see that many things are new. If the room heating can be strengthened a little, and there can be fewer flies, it would be better.

A great place in lovely surroundings. Here you really find peace. Helge is helpful with most things and makes arrangements for a good stay. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Arne's. The house is very large, as well as the garden around it - we spent many hours in the sun out there. Arne communicated very well and stopped by for a chat, he gave us many tips and was very nice. Will be happy to come back.

The house is a dream come true! Secluded on an island and perfect for unwinding. The kitchen is well equipped and you can conjure up every menu. But you should be able to magic, because there are no restaurants, 😀 which was not negative. We rented the motorboat from Ove and were able to explore the island. If you like fish, there is the possibility to go fishing by boat. Ove provides fishing material. This Airbnb actually deserved more than 5 stars!!

Yael's Villa was exactly what my wife and I needed for a couple nights while exploring Ålesund and the surrounding area. It had everything you need to feel at home and between the deck, the jacuzzi, sauna, and water access, you could stay put and be very happy about it! Yael should teach a masterclass for other Airbnb hosts on how to make their guests feel welcome and valued. He was incredibly helpful during our stay and was quick to respond any time I sent a message. His homemade sauna is impressive and a real treat after a long hike or a dip in the frigid weather. He charges a few bucks to use it to help with electric which is completely understandable. Can't say enough nice things about Yael and the time my wife and I spent at his place. Close to a bus stop that will get you into city center, but if you have a car and want to drive in, that's easy too. Don't pass this place up!

Great terrace and view!

We loved our stay here!!! The place was as described and more ♥️ ! You don’t need to go anywhere else, just enjoy the house and the view. Thea is a great host! There were clear instructions and prompt response from her. She was very helpful as well with my queries. If you get a chance to book this place, please don’t miss out!

It was the most amazing part of our trip. A beautiful well-furnished and equipped house, reflecting a great taste. The outdoor area was so comfortable and amazing with shaded parts where we had lovely evening by the fireplace. The view was spectacular, breathtaking. We were sad the Jacuzzi was not available for use. Another thing one of the bedrooms had no curtains to the side windows that affected our privacy. We definitely would love to come back.

Great place for a family holiday. the house has amazing views over the Fjord and mountains. so many activities in the area, such as hiking, via Ferrata, Skylift, Zip lining, and water activities. Our host Haldor was very friendly and a great help, he arranged 2 excursions for us, fishing and a visit to his family farm. the house is clean, spacious, well equipped with all modern amenities, and has a great location close to many attractions in Norway, such as Geiranger, Trollstigen, and many more. I would definitely recommend this place for a large family.

This is a special place! Best of everything Norway has to offer. Quaint island community, a perfect peaceful getaway with easy and scenic drives to Alesund (15mins) or day trips to Loen, Stryn, and Geiranger. Traveled with another family and all had our own spaces, with beautiful accommodations, well appointed & extremely clean. The neighbor kids immediately greeted our two children and fast friends were made. We would sit outside on the deck or pier and listen to sounds of kids laughing and having fun everywhere, pulling fish, snails or crabs out of the water over & over again or playing at the local playground. Not to mention the hospitality of the neighbors (homemade strawberry jam, an evening fishing trip, and some local crab claw snacks). And hiking….. the most spectacular views hiking to Storhornet and back down the ridge to the island school. Meanwhile, the adults enjoyed the endless views from nearly every spot outside or inside the house. Core memories made!

Beautiful location right on the sea

We had such a pleasant stay at Silje place! Beautiful cabin by the fjord! Such a nice and hospitable host as well who is always responsive to our queries and provided awesome food recommendations around Stryn Centre! We would love to be back :) Thank you!
