This one’s a little tricky to find but the hosts were very helpful and the place is clean and close to restaurants. Air conditioning works great! Which is a must in Dallas summers. We very much enjoyed our stay and the location is central to all things Dallas.

We had a wonderful stay at Mint House! The unit was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The view from the 50th floor was absolutely breathtaking! The Mint House staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made our experience even better. My husband and our two children loved every moment of our stay. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Me and some friends made a last-minute plan change and stay here. The owners were extremely nice and helpful. Communication was very easy because of how responsive the owners were. The apartment is a beautiful modern place to stay if you’re in Dallas.

Great location - we were able to walk everywhere we needed. Good restaurants and bars in walking distance. The apartment itself is huge and very nicely decorated. Extremely clean with a quality bed and bed linen. Would stay here again happily if visiting Dallas again.

We had a great stay at Tony’s place. It was very comfortable, especially while traveling with our 1 year old. Tony provided us with a pack n play and high chair that were very clean, which was very helpful. His place is also located in a great area, walkable to a nice park and coffee shop, and within a 5-10 min drive to many great restaurants/attractions. It is also very close to the highway, which is convenient if you are driving outside the Dallas area. I would highly recommend staying here!

I stayed at Quang’s place long term and it was a wonderful stay. I didn’t need for anything as the house was fully equipped and just as described in the pictures. Everything was clean and I had plenty of space. The desk helped a lot, working from home. The location is perfect. Close to downtown and other fun, local cities. Overall, a better than expected stay. I would absolutely recommend staying at any of Quang’s properties.

Home was private within its gates, and it felt safe and quiet. The interior was very clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. The floors are a little noisy, but it's an older building so that was expected. Great amenities and hospitality with several goodies throughout. Home shares a wall with the neighbor, and there were minor noise issues during the second day of our stay. The location felt like a safe neighborhood, but it would've been nice to be able to park within the gates. We were a little worries about a car break in, and that would've made us feel a bit safer.

Robert’s place is among the best that I have seen and may be my overall favorite. The home is better than the pictures. It would be difficult to find a better location along with the total peace and privacy of Robert’s home. The home is very clean and beyond well stocked. You will immediately feel at home. The backyard is peaceful and totally private and the pool is one of the nicest you’ll find (large and deep). Above all of that, Robert is the best host! He is kind and communicative and saved our trip when we had to leave a previous booking that was totally unfit. I would definitely stay again if I am in Dallas!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

This is a cozy little condo in a quiet neighborhood attached to the lively and fun Deep Ellum district. It was a fantastic home base for daily explorations of Dallas, Ft. Worth, and Arlington. Would 100% recommend.

Christina’s place was so comfortable and welcoming! Everywhere we needed to be was within a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean! Christina was a wonderful host and we plan on staying here again should we need a place to stay in Dallas that is clean and affordable!

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.
