Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Dallas Downtown Historic District

We loved everything about our stay! Leah was very welcoming and attentive to us. We were able to travel with our fur babies and that’s what we loved even more. Definitely recommend staying with Leah if you’re in town. I know that I’ll definitely be going back!

Such a great condo! And the location so very convenient to many places. We went to Dallas Fair Park for a Broadway show, Medieval Times and Alamo Theatre and all were within about 10 minutes of the condo. And the downtown view off the 2nd floor patio is amazing!

The house was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. The pool was wonderful! The location is convenient and safe. Han was a very responsive host. Easiest 5 star review!

A home away from home, cozy and inviting as soon as you walk in. Had no problems whatsoever due to how detailed and attentive she was. Location was great, everything we wanted to do was within a 10-20 minutes. Definitely planning on booking again ♡

We LOVED this place. My family and I had a great time with all the amentias we had just at the Airbnb alone. It was everything and more. Sergio was a great host! We also took advantage of the limo service to a concert, and it was amazing! The house was so clean and the location was great. It's only about a 20 minute drive to get to downtown Dallas. We would definitely stay here again.

This cozy, spotless apartment felt like home from the moment we arrived, bursting with charm. The location is unbeatable! A quick 7-minute walk to Main Street, where our boys went crazy for the shops and ice cream. It’s perfectly placed for trips to Southlake or DFW airport, and the neighborhood is great for evening strolls. The apartment is stylish and well-equipped. The beds were super comfy, and the washer/dryer saved us from kid messes. Elizabeth’s thoughtful touches, made us feel so special. She’s a responsive, caring host who made our stay perfect. Our boys loved the location, and we can’t wait to return. Robin’s Nest, you’ve got our hearts! 🌟

My family of 5 stayed at Shiloh's place eight nights for a convention at Kay Bailey. This was the first time we visited Dallas. The location could not be better. Walkable to the convention, CVS, restaurants, and park for the kids. There are homeless that gather in the evening outside but we didn't have any issues. Its a city. The place itself looked exactly like pictures. The beds are comfortable, linens are new and everything was setup for our convenience. The building has many rentals as well as long term tenants. Everyone we came into contact with was respectful and kind. The parking and valet situation was super easy. I really appreciated not having to try to find parking or pay per night elsewhere. Having a kitchen was a plus! The pool is not heated but the crazy kids didn't let that stop them. The amenities at the building have odd hours and no weekend hours which was sad but we still enjoyed when we could. Shiloh was easy to communicate with and fast at responding! Thank you!

It was PERFECT. Very cozy, beautiful, comfortable, and Mario thought of EVERYTHING. He even provided a kennel in the living room to put our two dogs, a Chihuahua mix, and an Austrailian Shepherd, so we didn't have to lug our big kennels in from the truck. And the biggest deal for me: DIMMER SWITCHES! Do you know how many times I have wished for dimmer switches on lighting at AirBnB's? And Mario had them on EVERY ceiling light AND in the bathroom! I'm a blue-eyed guy, a little light sensitive at night and this and other features made me so comfortable! We had a dear friend over to dinner and Mario had everything in the kitchen we needed to cook grass-fed rib eye steaks! I found the bed extremely comfortable. No back problems at all the next morning. Heads up for some folks, it is a 3rd floor unit, which I loved because of the deck off the back, but for some you will need to take your time on the stairs. However, my friend's 80+ year old mother was able to make it up with some help.

Great place for families. Quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Close to airport. We were really happy with the space. Very comfy and perfect for our family. Ron was very responsive, and we appreciated the hospitality!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing, perfect for relaxing. We also enjoyed the BBQ grill and had a fun time cooking outside. The host was friendly and easy to talk to, which made everything even better. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing getaway!

This place looked just like the photos.! It was perfect.! Not far from the interstate.! Walmart was about 10 minutes away. They were very helpful when I asked any questions.! This house was amazing.!! The outside area is the chill spot.! He has tvs everywhere outside so you won’t miss any that your watching.!

Alex has a very nice large open concept house in a safe neighborhood. It was perfect for family to meet in one of the main rooms and still have privacy in their bedrooms for working or alone time. The home was very clean and was located in a private high end neighborhood about 3 blocks from the Northwood Club. We had a great time walking around the neighborhood and enjoyed watching the rabbits, grackles and crows in back yard. It was quiet but had easy freeway access. The whole house was very clean and well kept. He was very responsive and when we mentioned the coffee station had a leak he provided a new one the next day. We had a great stay and this was a good value. Thanks

house was fantastic; was exactly as described. the pool was a refreshing oasis to spend the day after being in the hot Texas sun all day. house had plenty of room, amenities, and well stocked with the essentials. it was a great location to stay for hosting our mens golf trip over a long weekend. the host was responsive and informative about the property details. the neighborhood is safe and inviting, just a couple miles off the highway but, close enough to all the major shops and restaurants. great central location for visiting the DFW area.
