We had a very pleasant 3 days in the villa. We can say that it is a comfortable and very clean place where all needs are considered. If you are looking for a holiday where you can feel special and enjoy nature and silence, you can easily choose it. If you don't have a private vehicle, it will be difficult to reach the villa, but it is close to holiday resorts, beaches and historical places that can be seen in the vicinity. We were very pleased, and we would like to thank Mr. Hasan for his sincere communication.

This is a very beautiful place, very spacious and the outdoor space is so peaceful with lemon and almond trees. The stay was made more worthwhile by the wonderful host, who is always available and ever so kind. I highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a stay in Fethiye.

During our stay, Mr. Özgür and his brother were very friendly. We checked in quite late because we came from far away, but when we arrived, they greeted us with a smile. Everything was as in the photo, even more beautiful. Mr. Özgür has thought of everything to make the stay easier. There was a huge bed and it was very comfortable. Everywhere was clean. Especially the garden was our favorite. There was a garden area larger than the house and it belonged to us completely. You should stay in this place in the heart of Kayaköy. We thank Mr. Özgür and his team for everything. It was a place I encountered by chance, but I intend to stay again as soon as possible. 🙏🏻

We have a little girl(age 3) on our travels and the whole holiday, including from check-in to check out with Asim was amazing! I cannot fault him for anything, so friendly! Lots of kids amenities which for us was brilliant, local stores nearby and restaurants. We even reached out to Asim to source some deserts to bring home and he succeeded in this perfectly, even bought my husband a whole birthday cake with candles on his actual birthday. I recommend this Villa highly and don’t think this will disappoint, a taxi ride to the beach, not far! :) we used the cab Asim supplied us with. Large pool, swings, comfy beds, drinking water provided, hammock, great power showers, clean, welcoming. Overall I will be revisiting next year and cannot wait to return to the villa, thank you so much Asim for making us feel at home, you and your villa are lovely and thank you for having us :) see you next year(maybe with a car this time as bit steep for the grandparents but for us fine)

Kerem's place provides great value for money. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and Kerem provides video instructions for how to reach it (having a vehicle is highly recommended for getting around). By car, we visited beaches in Oludeniz, Sarigerme and Katranci. The property has views of the bay and the mountains behind and the kids loved the swing, the garden and the cat visitors. The property is tended to by helpful support staff and the pool is cleaned daily. Perhaps because it was end of the season, we needed to get to the shops for basics (dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, sponges, regular coffee, more toilet paper). The property was clean and simply furnished. Thanks Kerem for hosting us.

Nevzat’s villa is very nice, great value, and the location is good. The hosts are also very responsive and friendly. Would recommend.

What an amazing place to stay. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a little bit of luxury and still very homely. Swimming in the sea from the villas sea platform was a beautiful experience and the location was a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed by a little basket of food essentials left for us. If we ever travel to Kas again I would definitely stay at Villa Senur. 10 stars out 5!!! We had a lot of fun in 3 days, the host was very helpful, friendly face and very well taken care of, we were very satisfied, only everything is not 100% sheltered, it worried us, but I think there was no one since the season was open, we were very satisfied in general, everything was very nice, thank you very much

We stayed at Huma’s spacious and incredibly comfortable home for our annual family get together, and it was absolutely perfect. Our group of 7 had more than enough room, and it was so much better than being spread out in hotel rooms or other moldy villas in the area. We loved gathering by the pool to relax and celebrate—so much nicer than a crowded hotel and some other villa’s in Kalkan that we had stayed in previous years. One of the highlights was spending a fun day with everyone on the rooftop deck, all enjoying the amazing outdoor kitchen and spectacular 360 degree views.. The setting was peaceful and relaxing. Yet easily walkable to the many beach clubs, markets and waterfront restaurants nearby. Huma communicated often and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout our stay. Her home was the ideal place for this special occasion—we couldn't have asked for a better experience! A five star experience all the way.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Ali for his hospitality. The house was as described. She provided a lot of products that I could count in the basic needs category for the kitchen and bathroom. (Oil,shampoo, dish soap, etc.) The view of the house and the view of the terrace were excellent. However, the pool is the place to say that it does not see any sun. The pool may be a little cold in September October, but this doesn't require breaking points. We were satisfied. See you again…

We had a great stay at the villa. It is clean, modern and spacious. The location is great, in a quiet area an easy 10 min walk to Calis Beach with lots of shops and restaurants and a taxi stand. Barcu was very responsive and helpful - he assisted us booking taxis and was flexible with check in/out times. Thank you!

From day one great communication no problems getting to the Villa where we was greeted by Ulas who speaks English, lovely home and pool everything we needed was there, immaculate pool cleaned early everyday. We also was given a taxi number by the host very reliable and honest taxi driver was excellent for our 14 nights. Will need a taxi or vehicle to get to Calas Beach just down the road.

A clean, new, comfortable place. I enjoyed staying with my friends. It's great to have a spacious bathroom and toilet in every bedroom. 6 people can stay very comfortably. Thanks for everything

The house was the same as in the image, the pool was maintained daily, there was everything you might need in the house, it was close to the river, you could reach the center with a pleasant walk, if I were to stay in this area again, I would definitely prefer the same house, I would like to thank the host

The villa was magnificent, we could only stay for a few days because our holiday was short, but we plan to come again at the first opportunity. This 3-room villa has everything you need, the rooms are very spacious, each room has a large balcony, bathroom, TV, etc👌. The room on the top floor also has a jacuzzi. The linens and everything else were clean. It has a very large garden and a very large pool. Every morning, the pool attendant came early and cleaned the pool.🙏 Fethiye is already a very beautiful place with its nature, sea and many features. There are many places to visit. The villa is about 5-6 minutes by car from Ölüdeniz. Babadağ cable car is 3-4 minutes away. I've vacationed in many places in the region, but this house was the best in every way ✅️ Ms. Arife responded to all our questions immediately, we thank her again for her hospitality, and we hope to see her as soon as possible

We stayed 4 nights in a stone villa. As someone who has spent many holidays in villas, it is in the first place for us. Although we went early, a lady greeted us, she was Mr. Sinan's sister, she said the house was ready, we were very happy, we had a long way to go and we had a baby, it felt very happy not to have to wait for the house. She asked if we would like to have coffee, if we had any questions, she even told us the things I forgot to ask, she gave us information about the beaches we would go to or for food, she told us everything. As soon as I saw the house, I was fascinated, it was much more beautiful than the photos. You will fall in love with this beautiful house. All the details are so well thought out. Kitchenware is clean and everything is thought out. You can stay for a long time as if you were at home, because believe me, everything is there, as if there is an active life, as if a woman's hand touched it. There are enough towels. The garden, the water, the location, everything is very nice. We will choose it again because we couldn't get enough. They thought of everything for our baby. We thank Mr. Sinan for offering us such a beauty. I wish I could write more :)

Before going to the accommodation, information and location sharing was made about the places to visit. When we arrived at the area where we stayed, they greeted us with a very smiling face with his wife and showed us the house and garden, and even picked their own plants and gave them to us as a gift, and also gave us wood bread made in a stone oven :) The next day, when I went for a walk with my wife, we were stranded on the road, we contacted Mr. Ali and he did not ignore the 1.5-hour road and saved us with the mechanic :) It is definitely recommended, we were very satisfied with both the house and the owners of the house. We will definitely recommend it to our friends. Thank you again for everything 🙏

I had an amazing stay at this property! The house was exceptionally clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The view was absolutely breathtaking – I could have spent hours just relaxing and taking in the scenery. What made this experience truly special was the host. Mr erhan was incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, he went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable. He even offered me a generous discount, which I truly appreciated. It’s not every day you come across a host who is so warm and thoughtful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful stay with a host who truly cares about their guests. I would definitely come back again!

This villa is really comfortable and good. All is clean and here you can find everything you need. Lots of things for big family. You need to have a car to get there and you can go everywhere by car nearby. Ancient town Patara is nearby and lots of sightseeing around. You can go to Oludeniz and paraglide there as well. The way will take 1,5 hours by car. We spend a great time here. We could play in the living room looking on the sea and mountains. It’s a very good place for big groups of people. Thanks to the host Omer who was really helpful and we had always fast response from him.
