Holiday rentals with lake access in Dalaman

Ms. Suna and Mr. Ahmet are really very friendly and very helpful. The house is as it appears in the photos; it is immaculately clean and the transportation is also very comfortable. It's nice to have air conditioning in every room.

Location, location, location! If you can find a more beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool closer to the centre of Dalyan then good luck. It was a 10 second walk (not minutes) to the nearest mini market and bar and 5 minutes in either direction would bring you more restaurants and bars than you could ever visit once in a month. You are situated right on the river, the hub of Dalyan and it's many boat trips. The villa is spacious with large screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Video installed if you have a day of poor weather or fancy a night in. The bedrooms are large and spacious with very comfortable beds, all with good quality Aircon and all ensuite. Only small consideration would be for the master bedroom to have a fully functioning shower alongside the large fitted bath. Had a fabulous 2 week holiday at villa Mariposa, would highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

Ms. Arzu's father, Uncle Osman, took care of us, he was a very sweet person and helped us a lot. The house was immaculate and just like the photos. All the facilities were provided to make us feel at home, everything was very clean and tidy. I would like to thank them for their hospitality and smiling faces.

Most of all, the view was great, Mr. Caner is a very magnificent person, a person who solves all our work and is very helpful without saying that he is a great person, I recommend it to everyone, a great place to relax and have fun, it was more beautiful than the photos. Our Airbnb stay at Osman's villa, with five close friends was absolutely delightful. The villa itself was a haven of comfort and style, offering us a spacious retreat with all the amenities we could have asked for. The standout feature was undoubtedly the stunning pool, where we spent countless hours relaxing and enjoying ourselves. Osman, our gracious host, made sure the pool remained pristine, even taking the time to clean it after our extended use, which we greatly appreciated. Throughout our stay, he was attentive to our needs while also respecting our privacy, striking the perfect balance between being a gracious host and allowing us to enjoy the villa to the fullest. Our stay at the villa overall went very well. The villa is located in a very quiet village, away from the noise. The space fits the descriptions very well. However, we encountered some technical malfunctions, but were quickly resolved thanks to great responsiveness from the host. Communication with Mr. Muhammet and his brother Ömer was easy and prompt!!

We stayed for 4 days, everything was very nice. The location of the house is great, close to markets, bazaar, bakery, boat tours, etc. The items and supplies in the house are sufficient to meet the needs. It was small but very lovable. Since our check-in time was a little late, it was also nice of Ms. Gülbeyaz to wonder and call and take care of it. Looking forward to seeing you again next year, thank you very much 🥰

Very friendly and responsive host. One day I faced an issue with electricity and they did all their best to resolve it as soon as possible Location is also good, at least if you’re aimed at paragliding - cable car is near by, less than 5 min by car

There was everything a house should have, we had a nice holiday as a family, and it was nice in terms of location, and it was close to the markets. We recommend it to those who want to come.

Had great time, it was worth it. It was perfect for what I needed it for. Only issue I had was to get into property because the lock number was changed before I came, I wasn’t told about it, until I got there in early mornings when everyone is sleep. I had to call the host couple of times but no response until my taxi guy called her on phone. Other then that I had no issues with property or the host. It is described how it is and perfect location. I will still recommend everyone to stay at this property. It’s worth it. Beautifully designed too.
