Holiday rentals with lake access in Dalaman

Suna Hanım ve Ahmet Bey gerçekten çok candanlar ve çok yardımcı oluyorlar. Ev fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibi; tertemiz ve ulaşımı da aynı şekilde çok rahat. Her odada klima olması çok güzel.

Location, location, location! If you can find a more beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool closer to the centre of Dalyan then good luck. It was a 10 second walk (not minutes) to the nearest mini market and bar and 5 minutes in either direction would bring you more restaurants and bars than you could ever visit once in a month. You are situated right on the river, the hub of Dalyan and it's many boat trips. The villa is spacious with large screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Video installed if you have a day of poor weather or fancy a night in. The bedrooms are large and spacious with very comfortable beds, all with good quality Aircon and all ensuite. Only small consideration would be for the master bedroom to have a fully functioning shower alongside the large fitted bath. Had a fabulous 2 week holiday at villa Mariposa, would highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

Arzu Hanım ‘ın babası Osman amca ilgilendi bizlerle, çok tatlı birisi bizelere çok yardımcı oldu. Ev tertemiz ve tam fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Kendi evimizde hissetmemiz için tüm imkan sağlanmıştı, her şey çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Misafirperverliği ve güler yüzleri için teşekkür ederim.

Hepsinden daha önemlisi manzara harikaydı, Caner bey çok muhteşem bir insan bi alo dememize kalmadan bütün işlerimizi çözen ve çok yardımcı olan bir insan, herkese tavsiye ediyorum kafa dinlemek eğlenmek için muazzam bir yer, fotoğraflardakinden daha güzeldi. Teşekkürler Caner bey ve harika ekibi…

Merve Hanım çok yardımsever ve canayakındı. Her konuda yardımcı oldu. Ev temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Çok memnun kalınacak bir konaklama idi. Mutlaka tavsiye ederim.

Our Airbnb stay at Osman's villa, with five close friends was absolutely delightful. The villa itself was a haven of comfort and style, offering us a spacious retreat with all the amenities we could have asked for. The standout feature was undoubtedly the stunning pool, where we spent countless hours relaxing and enjoying ourselves. Osman, our gracious host, made sure the pool remained pristine, even taking the time to clean it after our extended use, which we greatly appreciated. Throughout our stay, he was attentive to our needs while also respecting our privacy, striking the perfect balance between being a gracious host and allowing us to enjoy the villa to the fullest. 4 gün kaldık, herşey çok güzeldi. Evin konumu harika, marketler, çarşı, fırın, tekne turları vs heryere yakın. Evdeki eşya ve gereçler ihtiyacı karşılayacak yeterlilikte. Küçük ama çok sevimliydi. Giriş saatimiz biraz geç olduğu için, Gülbeyaz hanımın merak edip, arayıp ilgilenmesi de ayrı bir incelikti. Seneye tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle, kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz 🥰

Very friendly and responsive host. One day I faced an issue with electricity and they did all their best to resolve it as soon as possible Location is also good, at least if you’re aimed at paragliding - cable car is near by, less than 5 min by car

Staying at Dalaman Ege Pam Residence was an exceptional experience. The apartment’s location is incredibly convenient—just a swift 15-minute journey from Dalaman Airport, making our arrival seamless. Nestled in a serene and immaculate neighborhood, it provided a perfect retreat. The residence’s proximity to stunning destinations such as Salted Beach, Göcek, Sarsala Bay, Fethiye, and various ancient cities—all within a 30-minute drive—allowed us to explore the region effortlessly.  A special mention goes to our host, Bora, whose hospitality exceeded all expectations. His attentive and warm demeanor truly made our stay memorable. Bora’s dedication to ensuring guests have a comfortable and enriching experience is evident, and we are immensely grateful for his efforts. We wholeheartedly recommend Dalaman Ege Pam Residence to anyone seeking a delightful stay in the area. Thank you, Bora, for making our visit so remarkable!

Had great time, it was worth it. It was perfect for what I needed it for. Only issue I had was to get into property because the lock number was changed before I came, I wasn’t told about it, until I got there in early mornings when everyone is sleep. I had to call the host couple of times but no response until my taxi guy called her on phone. Other then that I had no issues with property or the host. It is described how it is and perfect location. I will still recommend everyone to stay at this property. It’s worth it. Beautifully designed too.
