Pet friendly! Minimal checkout instructions! With off-street parking & a deck, this little place is a great Del Ray stay! One room (door to entire home locked), large bathroom, basic kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, disposable supplies, & coffee station), & walk-in closet. An upstairs (lots of stairs), rear entrance offers a private feel. Short walk to stores, YMCA, restaurants, dog parks & more! 12 min drive to DCA & Braddock metro about a mile. Noise may be an issue if you need silence.

Walkers’ paradise: Five blocks to Metro for a quick trip into D.C. Three blocks to King Street—the heart of the Old Town historic district. California King Bed with a Casper mattress. Second bed is a futon in an office space off the bedroom. It is a one bedroom suite. New private patio and gas fire table. Private entrance, private bathroom. No check-out chores. No kitchen, but the suite is surrounded by dozens of restaurants and bars. We do have a small fridge and coffee bar. No microwave

Ramon and his wife were very welcoming and friendly hosts! Their place was clean and comfortable. We spent the day sight seeing in DC and really appreciated the thoughtful water bottles in the mini fridge as well as snacks in our room!

The Sonnergrens were great hosts! They communicated very well from start to finish and were a delight to meet in our brief encounters between our respective comings and goings. Their place was comfortable, quiet, and just as described. Their neighborhood is a quiet little pocket but quite convenient to major freeways and a short bus ride or drive to Washington Metro connections. I will stay again happily when in the DC area!

N went above and beyond to be accommodating. She was highly communicative and incredibly accommodating to the fact that I experienced several travel delays and arrived after the check-in time. The room was exactly as described and she even provided a few snacks! Its about a 15 minute walk to the train station which wasnt too far for me, even with a rolling suitcase. I would absolutely stay with N again.
