This amazing natural gem is surrounded by fields and forests. It's high to the sky, tranquility, and bird whistle. The house is cozy and family-friendly. Quiet owner lives in his own house on the property. The large terrace of the house is used exclusively by the tenant. The other garden with a wilderness bath, trampoline and fireplace can be freely used. No animals are allowed. There is no smoking in the house. The tenant will bring their own bed linen, towels and cloths. Although it is an older house, we appreciate that the house is clean and tidy.

Cottage in the first row, sauna and private beach

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Dageløkkehuset

In this thatched farmhouse, you can relax in a quiet environment surrounded by fields and green gardens. The garden is enclosed and therefore perfect for dogs. The garden has 3 terraces, lots of old rose varieties and then it has a cozy touch of "Wild on purpose". If😄 you stand outside in front of the house, you can see to Fyn and if you walk 600 meters down the road you will come to Dageløkke harbor and beach. Beautiful swimming opportunities and a summer-active harbor with tapas cafe and a wonderful sunset view. Plenty of hiking opportunities.

Bindingsverkshus in small Lejbølle town. Come back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, there are no heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is enclosed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove for decoration. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the coziest with a sense of “old days”.

Fiskerhuset Åbyskov, 15 m to the water, near Svendborg

Enjoy the view of the field and beach from one of the house's 5 terraces. Jump into the waves from the house's jetty. Eat your breakfast while the sun rises over the sea and experience nature waking up. Relax in this unique and quiet home, where there is also fast internet and the possibility of office work with sea views. The house is from 1869 and carefully renovated, with underfloor heating throughout the house, large luxurious bathroom, new open kitchen, cozy living room, entrance and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Panoramic sea view cottage in an idyllic landscape

Panoramic sea view is the key word for this beautiful wooden cottage. The living room is facing west and the beautiful, red sunset can be enjoyed by the large windows or by the terrace. The house is only 100 meters from the beach. On the large area of the beach the grass grows wild, but there is, however, established a soccer field with 2 goals. The house includes 2 bedrooms; one with bunk beds, the other with two box mattresses (max 4 persons). There are good fishing and hiking opportunities.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Wonderfully located beach house in the absolute first row overlooking waves and sunrises, your own little seaside hotel. Good, new beds, down comforters, air dried cotton linens, good soaps, the best linen. Pretty much all the necessities for a stay beyond the ordinary. The house is a beautiful, soon to be 100 year old lady. The age also means not to expect a state-of-the-art, streamlined house that is hooks and corners, maybe a small bug. It is a house that is lived in.

It is 5 minutes by car (10 by bike) to the cozy village of Årslev-Sdr. Nærå with a bakery, supermarket(s) and some absolutely fantastic swimming lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.
