This rustic retreat is located close to the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/cross-country skiing, canoeing and much more. Our fantastically beautiful cabins are real originals. They are all over 100 years old and we have lovingly renovated and prepared them for you. Take a break in the mountains. Spend relaxing days in an old hut. You won't want for anything. Wi-Fi, TV, toilet shower, towels and linens are of course included. You can walk to the slopes and lifts and also have restaurants and shopping in the village. In summer you can explore the mountains from the cabins.

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful countryside. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, tiled stove, quiet location, terrace, fantastic views. My place is great for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

The Lengalmhütte 1 for 6 people with its own sauna hut is located in Lengdorf (Niedernsill), a few minutes from Kaprun. Lengalmhütte 1 has a sauna (outside) a terrace, a fireplace, a seating area with a sofa & two armchairs, a flat screen TV with Netflix & Amazon video, WiFi and two bathrooms with a shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.

Our cottage is located just a little off the nearest traffic routes (road, train) and yet immersed in nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland.
