The cottage is located in Stryszów, near Krakow (1h), Wadowice (15min), Oświęcim (45min) and Zakopane (1h30min).

Trails lead from the cottage, including the trail to Góra Żar (40min) where there are numerous tourist attractions: a year-round toboggan run, a cable car, a ski slope with artificial snow, a downhill bike path, and a glider landing. Near the cottage there is a river with cascades where walkability is very popular in winter.
