Beach house holiday rentals in Cyprus

Der er intet dårligt at sige om Elena eller hendes hus. Huset er præcis som billederne viser - super hyggeligt, lækker pool og meget rent. Elena er nem at kommunikerer med og svarer hurtigt. Selve området, synes vi var ret kedeligt. Der er fine restauranter og alle meget tæt på huset, men udover det er der intet at se eller lave i byen. To små købmænd/turistbutikker er alt hvad der er.

The villa is in a great location close to Turtle Bay and Konnos Beach. It is well equipped for families and my grandchildren loved the pool and the play area. Lambros, the owner was always available and keen to make our stay enjoyable.

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful home, the villa had everything we could have needed. Absolutely stunning, even nicer than the photos in person. Waking up here every morning was brilliant. Peaceful setting the villa is very looked after, has a lot of character and thoughtful decor. Could recommend it more. Its situated walking distance to the beach, to the supermarket and a restaurant. We enjoyed at day at the waterpark which was brilliant. I would recommend a hire car when staying here just to allow you to visit some of the beaches and restaurants further along the coast.

The villa was just beautiful and better than the photos! From gorgeous decor, to beautiful gardens and pool. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the little details and amenities you could need. Corallia beach is a 5 minute walk away and we preferred to Coral beach, the water is so clear and lovely. We literally just flew and flopped for a week, and wish we could have stayed longer as would have definitely explored the surrounding areas more. Porto antico was our favourite restaurant, food was just amazing from a simple burger to the steak and seafood. Anna was very responsive and arranged a taxi with Georgi for us, he and his team were great and so helpful when my eldest daughter arrived, picking her up at short notice from the airport. Would absolutely return in the future, just a wonderful holiday.

Her şey anlatıldığı gibiydi. Huzur dolu bir tatil geçirdim. Ev içerisinde ve dışarısında keyifle zaman geçirecek çok fazla şey vardı. Özellikle havuz mükemmeldi. Ailece tatil yapmanız için harika bir yer.

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist phänomenal, alles ist sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation war tiptop, der Check-in einfach und die Lage für Ausflüge super. Wenn wir nochmal nach Zypern kämen, würden wir sicher wieder hier übernachten wollen.

Es war so wie auf den Bildern. Wunderschön. Als Familie mit 2 Kindern (4 und 6 Jahre) haben wir die Nähe zu dem netten Ort Latchi sehr genossen. In 20 Minuten am Fußgängerwegs entlang der Strandpromenade waren wir bei vielen tollen Restaurants, Eisdiele, Supermarkt etc. und am Weg befinden sich einige Spielplätze. Also eine tolle Lage! Der Vermieter hat auf unsere Anfragen schnell und hilfreich geantwortet! An kalten Tagen im Februar gibt es ein paar Hotels, wo du als Tagesgast den Spa-Bereich bzw. Indoor-Pool nutzen darfst. Das nächstgelegene "Latchi Escape Hotel" ist dafür aber NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT. Dort waren wir. Schäbig und schimmlig. Fahrt lieber etwas länger in ein Hotel um Paphos und zahlt etwas mehr.

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, um zum Strand zu gelangen benötigt man ein Auto. Pool ist schön groß und toll zum schwimmen inkl. Terrasse mit genügend Sitzgelegenheit und Schatten. Im Haus gibt es Klimaanlagen, und Insektengitter in der Schlafräumen. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und 1 Cafe und Taverne mit toller Aussicht aber leider nur durchschnittlichem Essen und Service. Latsi, Polis und schöne Strände in ca 10 Autominuten erreichbar.

Ev, tatil için gelenler açısından oldukça avantajlı bir lokasyonda yer alıyor. Merit oteller bölgesine arabayla sadece 3-4 dakikalık mesafede olması en buyuk avantajlardan biri. Ev son derece temiz, özenle döşenmiş ve oldukça konforluydu. Mutfakta ve banyoda ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey düşünülmüş; tüm ev aletleri ve kişisel bakım ürünleri eksiksizdi. Konaklamamız sırasında gece saat 23.30 civarında ani bir su kesintisi yaşadık. Böyle bir saatte sorun yaşamak bizi endişelendirmişti ama ev sahibi Beyhan Hanım durumu hızlıca çözüme kavuşturdu. Gece geç saatte, ekibiyle birlikte gelip müdahale etmesi gerçekten takdire şayandı. Bu yaklaşımı sayesinde rahatımız hiç bozulmadı. Genel olarak evden ve ev sahibinin ilgisinden çok memnun kaldık. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Stunning villa in a great area - 10 minutes walk to the beach and right by the old town. Super helpful and kind host - we couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough! Amazing stay!

It was a pleasure staying at this Villa, with a beautiful clean pool, and garden, it made for a lovely, fun, and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the living area was perfect for a group of 7. Would definitely consider staying here again! A special thanks to the hosts for providing us with everything we asked of them.

Was geweldige villa alles zeer luxe en schoon zeker de moeite waard en veel beter als in een hotelkamer te zitten. Voor herhaling vatbaar zeer zeker nogmaals topverblijf gehad. Bedankt.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s place in Protaras! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Maria was incredibly responsive and helpful—she was always available to answer any question, which made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

Villa Georgina was everything we hoped for and much, much more. Our small group enjoyed the Villa and it's facilities and the area of Corral Bay with a fantastic selection of good restaurants and bars. The pool was squeaky clean if a little cold, but that's to be expected for April. I would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Georgina to anyone for a relaxed and luxurious experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It’s a great location only a short drive from Aiya Napa. We did see public transport but would recommend getting a hire car. The villa was exactly as described, the pool definitely being the highlight which was perfect for us and our two young children. When we needed to contact the host they were very quick in responding and also allowed us a late check out on the last day which was greatly appreciated. Overall would highly recommend this villa, it felt safe for our family, very clean and great location.

George was a very welcoming host and was waiting on the street to guide us to the parking at the rear of the property, then briefly took us through a couple of security aspects etc. On the second day I broke a tooth at lunch and he sent me the address of a dentist who travelled from Paphos to his clinic to treat me on a public holiday. George ensured we had clean bed linen and towels for out second week and was responsive to any queries we had about appliances. The house was brilliantly located for all the facilities in Pissouri Bay and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Highly recommended!

We loved our time in Efi's place. It's perfectly situated for exploring the east coast of Cyprus, with lively Protaras to the south and smaller, quieter, picturesque beaches to the north. Some nice bars and beaches were within walking distance for when we didn't want to drive. The neighbourhood is also very peaceful. Parking is good, as are other facilities e.g. washing machine. Recommendations were helpful as were Efi's quick responses to any questions we had. We had a very restful 10 days and would stay again!

Our family of four with two daughters (nine and seven) had a lovely stay in Charoula's house just outside Zygi. The house was exactly as described and we loved the pool and garden area. Despite being in a group of houses, it felt very secluded by the pool. There was a great balance of sun and shade in the garden, which was important as we had a few hot days in our week. The house was well-equipped: we barbecued a lot - and there was everything we needed for that - and the children appreciated the inflatables for the pool! The location for us was great. We could walk to a beach bar on the way to Zygi, or take a very short drive into Zygi itself, which had lovely tavernas, a small supermarket, and a beach. We were also planning trips to visit family in Nicosia, which was a very easy drive (around 45 minutes, but quick to get to the A1). We also visited a local beach bar called Akakia, which we particularly enjoyed. Charoula was a helpful and very responsive host. Thank you!

Beautiful and comfortable house, great location, amazing hosts Tellef and Anna! We stayed this house for three months, from the middle of a winter, two adults and a two year old kid. House is cozy and fully equipped, it has everything you can think of. The location is hidden and quiet, but you can walk to the sea in 10 minutes and to the central park in 25 minutes. The old port is a 10-minute taxi ride away. Any deliveries are available, from groceries to something like H&M. Couple of good supermarkets are within walk distance also. The house is located on a dead-end street, so you can easily play any games right on the road with your child. Tellef and Anna are super hosts, they are always ready to help or just give an advice about Limassol. I highly recommend this house and it's wonderful hosts for anyone visiting Limassol, both for couple of days and for long-term stay. Sincerely, Andy, Nata and Boris.

Just returned from a 1 week stay. Check in instructions sent a few days before and Anna was kind enough to arrange a taxi transfer for us. The villa is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The pool is much bigger than it looks in photographs. The villa itself was in a perfect location with a number of restaurants, supermarkets and the kings avenue mall all within walking distance. Tea for two which is a two minute walk a way was one of our favourites. There was further construction work nearby although we couldn’t hear any noise and didn’t affect our stay. Anna was contactable during our stay and responded straight away. We already looking at future dates to return.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Antony went above & beyond, couldn’t have been more helpful. Lots of recommendations which we tried & loved. The villa gets the sun the whole which is amazing. Heated pool was a massive bonus as well. Villa was immaculate & everything was there that we needed. Location was great, very quiet & peaceful, gorgeous beaches nearby & waterpark just along the road. We will definitely stay at the villa again

The owner is an architect and the house is simply a heaven in the city. His partner is a wonderful designer and artist, so the interior is wonderful. Dynamic. Vibrant. I took some friends and their jaws hit the floor. Alexandros is a kind and friendly host. Always available to help. Even when I couldn’t work the job! Highly recommended. 5 Stars. Parking can be an issue but be patient. There is always a space within 100m.
