First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Cağ for his interest and relevance. The location of the house is in a central and decent site. The needs were thought out one by one, there was nothing missing, there was nothing extra. I can't help but mention that the house is clean and tidy. If we happen to be in the area again, we would love to stay here again.

Apartment very well furnished, you immediately felt comfortable! The system is very nicely laid out! The check-in is unproblematic, with a key code! I can recommend the apartment.

The apartment was as described, very nice, well maintained, very clean, best location right on the beach and very quiet. Everything necessary was available, nothing was missing. A highlight was the bed with a very comfortable mattress and even orthopedic pillows were available. We felt very comfortable and spent a lot of time on the balcony as well as on the beach, which is mainly visited by locals. There are very good restaurants in the area, within walking distance, where you can eat well at fair prices. We had a rental car to explore the island and the location was very good for it. Communication with Elif went smoothly. We highly recommend the apartment.

It was a wonderful time to spend it with my mom, we felt great in this place, it is quiet and there is no city bustle, Anna advised us ways to have fun and even found us a driver who agreed to take us around the neighborhood by car, we saw turtles and every day we swam in the sea, there was a supermarket nearby and we could walk to the nearest beach. Very nice apartment, very guiet and peaceful and clean. Balcon was very big 👌 Beach was quite far from apartment.

The host was very responsive and super friendly. The apartment was perfect. I even left a jacket and they were willing to ship it back to where I live for me. So kind!!

It’s a 5 star accommodation on AirBnb and that is no easy thing to accomplish. If you are lucky enough to find it available, don’t hesitate. I’ve been using AirBnb since 2016 for all my vacations and this is in the top 3. Recomand it with all my heart

The apartment is super well equipped, comfortable and clean. Everything looks brand new and it’s really cozy. There are restaurants and markets on walkable distance.

Highly recommended! I had a great time at this thoughtfully designed, spotless studio in a newly built complex. It felt like home, thanks in large part to Monica’s helpful, proactive, and clear guidance. The property features a lovely pool, beach access, and a well-equipped gym. There's a supermarket just around the corner, and it's a perfect base for exploring Northern Cyprus. I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay.

The apartment is spacious and clean, located right in front of the beach with a stunning view of the sea :) The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat in the apartment, Anna the hostess even bought us groceries for breakfast, cookies and snacks and that was a pleasant surprise. Anna was charming and hospitable, we had to leave a night ahead of time and Anna showed consideration and helped us a lot. We highly recommend staying there, we enjoyed going to the beach and walking around the area. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants in the nearby village, if you want to get to the city center it is about a half hour drive by taxi (cost of 25-30 euros, there is also a bus that costs about 2 euros but it does not run frequently and it also takes about an hour to get there)

Large and spacious apartment. The owner of the property always has time and helps with everything. A lot of flexibility for any request. We were a family with 2 children and we had everything from everything to the small details. A fully equipped kitchen! Thought for all the little details. and formal value for all intents and purposes. It is a walking distance from the Columbia Beach Club. Nearby are excellent bookstores and cafes. Highly recommend. Worth it!

If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to relax, this studio is the perfect choice! It has a luxurious feel, is impeccably clean, and offers great comfort. The bed is super cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the balcony provides the perfect atmosphere for unwinding. The location is fantastic—just a few meters from the sea and close to excellent restaurants. I was on a solo female trip at Paphos, and I felt completely safe in the neighborhood, finding the absolute peace I was looking for—exactly what I needed! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it, whether you’re a solo traveler or looking for a romantic getaway for two.

They are everywhere, but you quickly get used to their company. 😉

We especially loved enjoying breakfast on the terrace in the evenings—the sunsets were absolutely mesmerising. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the accommodation was just as described: very clean and comfortable. The location is ideal—convenient for visiting Polis and also for heading down to Coral Bay. We’re already hoping to return next year!

We stayed at the property in May and overall it was a very good experience. The location is quiet and felt private, with only a few people around, which created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The view from the apartment was beautiful, and having the pool right next to it was definitely a highlight. A great choice for a peaceful getaway.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

Great host so helpful and gave clear check-in information. Great location, love the use of the pools especially the roof top one! Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable, I slept soundly every night and will definitely like to stay again :)

Really enjod our stay!

Fabulous stay. We will definitely be returning. Great host. Very peaceful location away from the hustle of Paphos but close enough. Great pool. Accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Bed was just like home.

If you want to spend your time on the resort only, than the location is good. If you want to visit some other places then you need a car and drive 1 - 1,5 hour. For example : Girne is a nice place to visit for a day. Nice swimming pool, Gym, Spa, beach with beds and umbrellas. Nice restaurant.

Nice appartment . Host family very kind: Brought us homemade cake, cookies and also a breakfast plate on our last day. On the opposite site is a small restaurant which offers cypress breakfast. Always went there for breakfast.
