Can’t say enough about this place!Everything was perfect including the beautiful space with all the amenities you could need, the location and the outstanding communication with our host Julie. She was so kind and helpful in our arrival/departure, recommendations on local restaurants along with info on easy walkable access to an outstanding beach area with all the extras!!! The location is nice (out of busy downtown area) but not far away by car, taxi, bus if that’s your thing. We used both taxi and bus (use the Rome2Rio app) for checking out other areas and be aware that taxis prefer cash vs card. Definitely recommend Julie and this beautiful home! Thanks so much Julie for all of your hospitality!!!!

Amazing and peaceful location. Perfect for a short drive to some of the best beaches, and a great village close by with restaurants that is within walking distance. Home itself was cozy with a great design and very well kept. We really enjoyed the pool! Host is super helpful and a great guy!

Loved our stay. Very spacious and clean. Host answered all queries very quickly. Shame there was building work going on so closely and a building sign blocked some of the magnificent view. Local site restaurant had shut down just before we arrived but we were able to take a short stroll to the neighbouring site restaurant. I enjoyed a spa treatment on site and the staff were lovely. We seemed to be adopted by a local cat which joined us when we relaxed out by the pool. Will definitely book again.

What am I able to say that hasn't already been said by others? let's start with this; I was so impressed with this property on day two that I came close to writing my review without waiting until the end of the holiday. The property is immaculate, you can tell Gadi and his wife take pride in this place. EVERYTHING is available for you. Bring some clothes, your passport and your bank card. Everything is lse is here. I'm not messing, they've thought of everything for your comfort. It's only fair that I mention some really minor issues. The Gas on the BBQ ran out 5 minutes into cooking and Gadi suggested I pick some up from the supermarket. I'd have thought that should be provided by the host. The pool wasn't cleaned but Gadi was more annoyed than I was and got the pool guy out the next morning. I love this property and its location. It's located nearer the quiet end of Nissi Ave but close enough to walk to the crazy end. I wish I could write more. STAY HERE!

The view is absolutely stunning! We enjoyed sitting out in the evening and watching the sun set into the sea! The place is spotless and recently renovated. The outside space is the biggest attraction everything you could possibly want from a Villa.

The thoughtful hosts provided everything we could possibly need - the villa was fully equipped with all amenities, saving us from any extra shopping trips. The attention to detail and complete furnishing made our vacation truly effortless. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect getaway spot. A true 5-star experience from start to finish!

Maria is one of the best host you’d ever meet! Very very friendly ans pleasant to speak to. The villa was great. Had ABSOLUTELY everything. Like even things you wouldn’t think an airbnb villa can have. Great amenities if you’re travelling with a baby. Our 8 months old daughter enjoyed it so much. From basic ones like baby chair for etc to all the toys and even skincare 😁 i wish we knew that so we could travel very light. Very very close to the beach and it’s truly amazing. 3 supermarkets nearby. We did enjoy cooking and using the grill outside. Highly recommend 💚💚💚 Thanks again!!!

We had a great stay at Frank’s villa. It had good amenities and we did a barbecue dinner. The pool area is very relaxing and the lounge area next to it is a great spot to spend the evening with friends. Definitely recommend. Its in a good location, private villa complex, and the beautiful beaches are a few minutes by car away. We hope to come back soon.

Great place to stay, it was quiet as we didn’t realise everything is closed for the season, but it was a working trip anyways. The host was always responsive and pleasant to speak to, very helpful and sorted out the cab from airport. Will visit again.

Very nice villa, with very nice finish, very good place, beautiful heated pool, there are all for a good holiday, nespresso coffee machine, fridge dishwasher, two large living rooms, shower in each room, table tennis table, several board games, there is transfer everything, the owners transfer thought everything, congratulations. The villa is well located 10min from the beaches and restaurants. Negative point the road next door. I recommend it, the owners are very nice, thank you for your welcome.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The villa in Protaras was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. The private pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing. Great location, close to the beach and local spots. Highly recommend—would definitely book again!

We stayed for one week and I can say that it was one of the best weeks in 2017. The location of the villa is so relaxing and quite with its amazing panoramic view mixing the sea and mountains in addition to the amazing swimming pool (Luckily the weather was so nice so we could enjoy all indoor and outdoor facilities of the villa). The villa was very well furnished, clean and has all the required tools and facilities. Alison was very kind and helpful and responding very quickly for any request or question. In general, I would love to go back there again and again and recommend it for friends and relatives.

We had a very great time in Lilia’s villa for 1 week! We were 12 + a baby and we had everything we needed in the villa, very nice location, good connection and very clean. The villa location is very peaceful and we have everything close by, beach and supermarket. I’ll definitely recommend this place

The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet when you want it. The property itself is spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From the cozy living spaces to the well-maintained outdoor area, every detail has clearly been thought through with care. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the host. Incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout – Di went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Whether you’re visiting Protaras for a relaxing beach holiday or a bit of adventure, this place ticks all the boxes. Would definitely return and highly recommend to anyone!

Just perfect, if you are a big group and you want to take a break from your work schedule and just relax you definitely need to come to this villa. You have everything you need there, comfortable rooms, amazing view, perfectly clean pool, private cinema and the best place for us, was the private beach just in front of the villa, half a minute walking and you can relax on the beach or swim in the clear water.The host helped us every time we needed something and gave us the feeling of privacy but we were always known that if we need something they will take care of us. 10/10!!!!

We had a lovely stay as a big family at this place. We have travelled to this region a lot as a family but never stayed in this villa or area. We really enjoyed the different area, very quiet and peaceful and the villa was spacious and had everything we needed. The outside space with the sofas was a great place to relax and socialise as a family. Many villas don't have this but we find it really important to have a good space outside to relax in. Highly recommend this villa

We had such a wonderful time at dream Tropicana! The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine. The private pool was amazing—it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some relaxation. The location is just perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet still close to the beautiful beach of Ayia Thekla. We loved that the villa is in a private neighborhood, which made it extra relaxing for us. The balcony and outdoor dining area were such a bonus, giving us the chance to enjoy meals with a lovely view. We’re a family of four, and the kids absolutely loved the pool and the garden. The host was super friendly and responsive to all our questions, making sure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this place enough for families or couples looking for a peaceful and private getaway in Ayia Napa. We’ll definitely be back!

A very pleasant experience. The house is spotless, clean and well-equipped. The pool and yard are amazing with a partial view of the sea. A wide yard invites you to play sports in the evening. Quick check-in and check-out, and of course Lefteris was available for any request.

Beautiful lovely new place!!!We did feel too exposed to the street on the side of the house anyone can walk in. You need a gate. Also the neighbours can see everything we do as its not surrounded by a fence. we had a lovely stay....thank you!
