beautiful Villa and in very peaceful location. easy access to motorways and equidistant between Paphos and Limassol meaning great location to explore both areas. Elena was very responsive and the Villa was as described, perfect for 4-6 people, spacious and the pool was lovely and well maintained. would definitely visit again and try to book this Villa.

The villa is in a great location close to Turtle Bay and Konnos Beach. It is well equipped for families and my grandchildren loved the pool and the play area. Lambros, the owner was always available and keen to make our stay enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and clean with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view of the sea with the beautiful garden is breathtaking. A very recommended vacation place to stay!

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful home, the villa had everything we could have needed. Absolutely stunning, even nicer than the photos in person. Waking up here every morning was brilliant. Peaceful setting the villa is very looked after, has a lot of character and thoughtful decor. Could recommend it more. Its situated walking distance to the beach, to the supermarket and a restaurant. We enjoyed at day at the waterpark which was brilliant. I would recommend a hire car when staying here just to allow you to visit some of the beaches and restaurants further along the coast.

The villa was just beautiful and better than the photos! From gorgeous decor, to beautiful gardens and pool. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the little details and amenities you could need. Corallia beach is a 5 minute walk away and we preferred to Coral beach, the water is so clear and lovely. We literally just flew and flopped for a week, and wish we could have stayed longer as would have definitely explored the surrounding areas more. Porto antico was our favourite restaurant, food was just amazing from a simple burger to the steak and seafood. Anna was very responsive and arranged a taxi with Georgi for us, he and his team were great and so helpful when my eldest daughter arrived, picking her up at short notice from the airport. Would absolutely return in the future, just a wonderful holiday.

We came over for 9 days in May 2025 , The host was on it from when we arrived she was very helpful and happy to help . The view from property is breathtaking, it’s private to a certain extent, there is a path next the house that explorers will appear down and at the bottom you get a lot of people wondering from the hotels along the front , even with this it’s still private . I found the property had almost everything you need to get by , I will say the property is warn in places or things were broken , for the amount of money you pay these things should be sorted. You are close enough to the “strip” For a nice meal but far enough that it’s dead quiet once it goes dark . We throughly enjoyed our stay and I would recommend to any family visiting the island ( rent a car though)

Everything was as described. I had a peaceful vacation. There were so many things to enjoy inside and outside the house. The pool was especially perfect. It's a great place for a family vacation.

Wonderful Villa, everything was clean and spacious and there was no problem with electricity or warm water (what's not always the case with villas in this vicinity). The host was very friendly and replied always fast to all our requests. Can only recommend this property for everyone who wants to have a blast of a stay in the Vivo Mare area :) Just please get those pool lights working, it's important for the vibe and feeling in the night :)

The house is in a very advantageous location for those coming for vacation. One of the biggest advantages is that it is only 3-4 minutes by car to the Merit Hotels area. The house was extremely clean, carefully furnished and quite comfortable. Everything you might need in the kitchen and bathroom has been thought of; all household appliances and personal care products were complete. During our stay, we experienced a sudden water outage around 11:30 p.m. We were worried about having problems at such an hour, but the host Ms. Beyhan quickly resolved the situation. It was really admirable that he came with his team late at night and intervened. Thanks to this approach, we were always comfortable. Overall, we were very satisfied with the house and the host's attention. We recommend it with peace of mind.

Just returned from a 1 week stay. Check in instructions sent a few days before and Anna was kind enough to arrange a taxi transfer for us. The villa is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The pool is much bigger than it looks in photographs. The villa itself was in a perfect location with a number of restaurants, supermarkets and the kings avenue mall all within walking distance. Tea for two which is a two minute walk a way was one of our favourites. There was further construction work nearby although we couldn’t hear any noise and didn’t affect our stay. Anna was contactable during our stay and responded straight away. We already looking at future dates to return.

Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is a very complete holiday accommodation! With a nice swimming pool, seats in front and behind the house and a reasonably spacious house, it is fine to stay there. Upon arrival we were surprised by a more than full basket of all kinds of food, also a stocked fridge and more than enough other stuff not to have to go to a supermarket right away for eating the first day(s)! The house has all the necessary necessities to cook, wash and stay! The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, within 5 minutes you are on the beach and by car the local supermarket is also reached in a few minutes (on foot about 25 minutes walk). A car is advisable to explore the island, public transport also stops close to the house. Svetlana responds particularly quickly to sent messages, unfortunately we did not see her personally to thank her. A perfect recommendation for a wonderful vacation!

Fantastic villa in a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from Coral Bay’s bars and restaurants. Michalis was very responsive, quickly answering any questions and resolving a minor issue in person within two hours.

Stayed here for 5 days. Easy self check in, flexible check out, very clean and you have all that you need. Terrace is super nice to chill in the evening, location perfect close to airport, beach, city centre, restaurants etc.) Jack was very helpful and super responsive. And as a welcome gift I got some chocolates and home made cookies. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It’s a great location only a short drive from Aiya Napa. We did see public transport but would recommend getting a hire car. The villa was exactly as described, the pool definitely being the highlight which was perfect for us and our two young children. When we needed to contact the host they were very quick in responding and also allowed us a late check out on the last day which was greatly appreciated. Overall would highly recommend this villa, it felt safe for our family, very clean and great location.

George was a very welcoming host and was waiting on the street to guide us to the parking at the rear of the property, then briefly took us through a couple of security aspects etc. On the second day I broke a tooth at lunch and he sent me the address of a dentist who travelled from Paphos to his clinic to treat me on a public holiday. George ensured we had clean bed linen and towels for out second week and was responsive to any queries we had about appliances. The house was brilliantly located for all the facilities in Pissouri Bay and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Highly recommended!

We loved our time in Efi's place. It's perfectly situated for exploring the east coast of Cyprus, with lively Protaras to the south and smaller, quieter, picturesque beaches to the north. Some nice bars and beaches were within walking distance for when we didn't want to drive. The neighbourhood is also very peaceful. Parking is good, as are other facilities e.g. washing machine. Recommendations were helpful as were Efi's quick responses to any questions we had. We had a very restful 10 days and would stay again!

Beautiful and comfortable house, great location, amazing hosts Tellef and Anna! We stayed this house for three months, from the middle of a winter, two adults and a two year old kid. House is cozy and fully equipped, it has everything you can think of. The location is hidden and quiet, but you can walk to the sea in 10 minutes and to the central park in 25 minutes. The old port is a 10-minute taxi ride away. Any deliveries are available, from groceries to something like H&M. Couple of good supermarkets are within walk distance also. The house is located on a dead-end street, so you can easily play any games right on the road with your child. Tellef and Anna are super hosts, they are always ready to help or just give an advice about Limassol. I highly recommend this house and it's wonderful hosts for anyone visiting Limassol, both for couple of days and for long-term stay. Sincerely, Andy, Nata and Boris.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Antony went above & beyond, couldn’t have been more helpful. Lots of recommendations which we tried & loved. The villa gets the sun the whole which is amazing. Heated pool was a massive bonus as well. Villa was immaculate & everything was there that we needed. Location was great, very quiet & peaceful, gorgeous beaches nearby & waterpark just along the road. We will definitely stay at the villa again

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s place in Protaras! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Maria was incredibly responsive and helpful—she was always available to answer any question, which made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

For 14 days and nights we loved the house. Its peaceful aura, beautiful and friendly cats, and historic features. It is a tranquil oasis where the hurly burly of life, near or far, is excluded as soon as the solid antique doors are closed. More prosaically the facilities are quirky, but everything works! The terrace is sunny, the courtyard cool, the kitchen well equipped, the beds comfy, the lounge a great place to wile away an evening. We have no regrets, and lots of happy memories!
