Amazing stay and perfect location! The apartment is out of a story book. Pristine and so comfortable. More than enough room and 3 bathrooms! What a luxury for 4 people. The host has thought of everything. Only sad we didn’t stay longer. Will be back.

Mariagrazia was a great host, she was so responsive and flexible when our plans changed. She was helpful in providing local recommendations, a map of the area, and answered all of our random questions with grace. The flat was the perfect size for 8 of us, and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. The location was perfect for walking to the sites we wanted to see. If you’re looking for a beautiful Italian experience, a clean place to rest, and a walkable location, look no further.

Our stay at Paolina’s home was absolutely blissful! As beautiful as the listing photos, they could not do justice to how gorgeous the home is. Every detail is so thoughtful and beautiful, from the windows to the linens. Paolina was so lovely, kind, and helpful during our stay and picked up our bags at the train station so we could explore the town before the house was ready for check-in! She also took all 6 of us to the train station when it was time to leave, gave us local recommendations, and spent time talking with us all on check-in. She was always very responsive via text, and connected us with a friend of hers who runs boat tours of the lake (a highlight of our entire time in Italy!). Every moment at the Green House was so peaceful, and the only thing I would change is that I wish our stay could have been 10x longer! I highly, highly recommend, and can’t wait to return someday!

Le logement était tout simplement magnifique et parfaitement adapté à notre groupe de 14 personnes. Nous avons pu garer facilement deux voitures dans le parking privé, ce qui est très pratique. L’hôte a été extrêmement accueillant et réactif tout au long de notre séjour. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Chaque chambre est belle et confortable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. La localisation est idéale : à seulement 2 minutes à pied du métro M1, parfait pour se déplacer facilement dans Milan. Un petit guide avec des recommandations de restaurants à proximité est également à disposition, ce qui a été très apprécié. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et je reviendrai sans hésiter dans ce logement si je reviens à Milan avec un grand groupe. Merci encore pour tout !

This is my third time staying at the apartment- I only ever want to stay here when I come to Milan. Its beautiful, has great walkability and the hosts are always so helpful.

Amazing views from the terrace, just like in the pictures! So serene and beautiful! Emilio and his daughter met us there at check in, gave us a warm welcome, and explained everything to us. They were very friendly hosts and provided helpful local advice! We booked both apartments together, and each came with one parking spot. The hosts helped us with some local recommendations. We happened to be there on a Sunday afternoon, and almost everything in the area closes early on Sunday. We ended up getting takeout from La Bellagina, which was one of the few open on a Sunday evening, and it was great. There is a supermarket and other restaurants in Bellagio, 5-10 mins drive away.

Amazing stay! Lots of amenities nearby, would recommend to everyone! Close to different train stations & metro stations.

Appena messo piede nell'appartamento ci siamo sentiti a casa. Appartamento molto pulito, arredato con gusto e ben conservato. All'arrivo, poiché Daniela sapeva una delle ospiti avrebbe festeggiato il compleanno, ci ha fatto trovare delle bottiglie di prosecco in frigo: gran bel gesto molto apprezzato.

We loved stayed at Andrea’s place Clean, spacious, comfortable as easy walking distance to everything!

We had a great time here. Easy transfer from Linate. We let Andrea know when we were on our way from the airport and he met us in the reception area of the apartment. The apartment is enormous with plenty of space to chill out. Quirky old vintage decor. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook for ourselves easily. Air con was very welcome. Close to the center with all main sites in walking distance. Metro not far away for other tourist sites. It is a little pricey but worth it for the proper beds for 6 people (there was a 7th single bed we didn't use). With 3 bathrooms there was never a queue for the shower. Washing machine was great. Clothes dried on the balcony super fast. Iron was good but ironing board very flimsy (I guess I'm the only weird person who irons clothes on holiday). We had a lovely stay and made good memories. La casa ha una posizione eccellente x vista ed anche x spostarsi essendo praticamente davanti al Monte Isola. Matteo è una persona squisita, risponde sempre ed anche in maniera tempestiva ad ogni messaggio e se vi sono problemi fa il possibile x risolverli. Consiglio a tutti un soggiorno il questa casa, non rimarrete delusi.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Gastfreundlichkeit war ebenafalls sehr zuvorkommend. Die Eigentümer waren bei Fragen hilfreich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geeignet für eine grosse Gruppe und ist auch dafür ausgestattet.

Very impressed! Host was great at communicating and offering recommendations in regard to dinner which we took up! Once the bus route was established it was easy to get to and from town. Property was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo soggiornato (tre coppie di amici) nell’alloggio di Roberto dal 29 dicembre 2024 al 2 gennaio 2025. Roberto, sempre molto attento e disponibile, ci ha accolti con grande gentilezza offrendoci inoltre una bottiglia di Brut della Franciacorta, un ottimo prodotto, un gesto generoso e inaspettato e per questo ancor più gradito. Tutti concordi nel trovare la casa molto pulita e confortevole: gli ampi spazi del soggiorno e delle camere, nonché il secondo bagno, hanno reso facile e divertente la “convivenza”. Il grande soggiorno e la cucina ben attrezzata ci hanno permesso di preparare cenette gustose e di festeggiare con grande serenità l’arrivo del nuovo anno. Nous avons adoré passer notre séjour d’une semaine avec nos deux enfants et notre chien dans cette villa. Dès l’ouverture de la porte, vous arrivez dans ce magnifique et gigantesque hall d’entrée qui donne l’accès à toutes les pièces de la maison et qui vous attire vers l’extérieur où la vue est juste incroyable. L’espace intérieur est très grand, propre et bien entretenu. La décoration et le mobilier sont de style ancien mais de belle qualité ce qui fait tout le charme de cette villa. L’espace extérieur et la grande piscine sont bien entretenu et vous offre une vue époustouflante sur le lac et les montagnes. Les contacts que j’ai eu avec Alex et Claudia (hôtes) étaient très agréables et leurs réponses très rapides. Leurs indications sont claires et ils nous informent également sur les activités à découvrir aux alentours/magasins/restaurants ce qui est bien utile. Merci à eux de nous avoir permis de créer de merveilleux souvenirs !

Heel bijzonder huis! Origineel. Veel kunst in huis. Schitterend uitzicht. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig Schoon. Rustig dorpje. Zwembad was gezien de hoge temperaturen heerlijk! Omgeving is prachtig. Veel mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Fietsen gehuurd op 3 minuten loopafstand. Heel aardige mensen. Spreken Italiaans en beetje frans. Geweldige fietstocht voor mountainbikes gemaakt vanaf t huis. Electrische ondersteuning noodzakelijk. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Technisch mankement werd zeer adequaat en snel opgelost.

This property was incredible with absolutely stunning views that took our breath away. When you wake up, you can look out and see Bellagio across the lake, a truly unforgettable sight. The house is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a group of eight. Deborah, the owner, was warm and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor space was large and perfect for relaxing while soaking in the lake and mountain views. The location felt very safe and walkable, though it is on a hillside, so be ready for an uphill walk. The quiet, narrow roads and passage ways were great to explore. The walk can be a bit challenging, but the views make it more than worth it. Taxis are also easy to arrange if needed. Menaggio was the perfect place to stay, charming, peaceful, and a great base for exploring Lake Como. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property.

I would recommend staying here if in area. Restaurants are walkable the unit itself is spectacular. It does have a lot of antiques beds we’re comfortable. Nice to have 3 full bathrooms for my family of five. Would stay again if in the neighborhood

Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Einzig die Hunde in der Umgebung haben morgens gestört.

Die Villa Dossello ist ein wunderschönes ‚Ökohaus‘ an traumhafter, ruhiger und völlig privater Lage. Einmalig ist die Sicht, die Grosszügigkeit des Umschwungs, der Platz im Haus. Einfach genial. Wir kommen wieder.

We had a wonderful stay here! The bedrooms were very clean, each room had AC which is a luxury a lot of times and the bathrooms were spotless. Almost felt like a lux hotel but nice to have 3/4 rooms connect as it made us feel at home. Sergio was an amazing host, providing us with breakfast and cappuccinos daily. Everything was delicious we wish we could’ve have stayed longer! So we will definitely look at coming back!

Plusieurs copropriétaires du logement. En cas de soucis, c'est Andrea qui s'occupe de répondre aux demandes. C'est une personne très agréable, proactive et arrangeante. Logement situé en hauteur offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac de Côme. Tout était fonctionnel ou l'a été rapidement. Un petit coup de ménage aurait été un plus indéniable. Merci beaucoup Andrea et à très bientôt.
