Excellent apartment! Very well located and fully equipped. It has a water filter, a coffee machine with complimentary capsules, good pillows and extra blankets. The condominium offers laundry, swimming pool and gym. Also very safe. Paula was super helpful and responded quickly whenever I needed. I recommend it!

He helped us, looking on another site for an apartment in the same location for us, and if that wasn't enough attention to our problems, he also looked for a garage for us to rent inside the building, because I had spinal surgery and we didn't foresee the appearance of so many unforeseen events and that we would have to stay here for more days. When we realized, Marcelo's place was already rented. We had a great hosting experience. The place was exactly as in the photos: clean, organized and fully met expectations. The host was very attentive and kind throughout the communication. The location is ok and worked well for our needs. We recommend and we would host again!

The house is excellent, very large. Paranely accommodates 12 people. Beds are good, and top-notch covers and towels. In the kitchen there is a lot of utensil, and facita if you want to do something. We were very well accommodated.

The place is simple, but it serves the stay well for the price paid. The neighborhood is further away from the center, but with a bakery less than 100 meters away and a restaurant with lunch for R$ 20.00, 50 meters from the house. In addition, a few blocks from the house, the neighborhood has good shopping with some restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacies and other stores.

A very dear and attentive host, the communication with her was very easy, always made things clear and helped us a lot regarding the check in, we literally had no problem. The location is very good, close to several things, shopping, bar, restaurant and still can be a quiet place to get to and walk there.

This is a wonderfully serene property in a beautiful location, across the street from a nature path in the woods. Nearby is a charming cafe and a fantastic grocery store. Walkiria went above and beyond to welcome our group and to ensure a comfortable stay. She is warm and responsive and thought of all the amenities a group may need—a well-stocked kitchen, a hair dryer, extra towels, etc. I highly recommend this fabulous home!

The apartment served us perfectly! It has everything you need, and the shower is wonderful! The location is excellent, so much so that sometimes we left the car in the garage and do everything on foot. The structure of the building is great, with 24h gatekeepers and automatic activation of the gate by the license plate (practical), and it also has a market.

Sílvio and the team are a 10, they respond quickly, the guidelines are exact. The location is great, safe, high standard, in front of the Curitiba mall. I recommend it, and whenever I return to Curitiba, I try to stay in the space of Silvio and his team.
