I had a great hosting experience. Although I forgot to let you know in advance, the host was extremely generous and understanding to greet me at the last minute. I highly recommend it!

Strengths: - furniture designed to make the most of space - great location - with garage - clean - attentive service Weaknesses: - small living room - needs a slight renovation on the floor and a new paint job in some places. Nothing critical, but I can't say I felt at home. General considerations: - I recommend it for families and solo travelers.

Me and my husband love the stay at Eduardo's apartment! It was all very clean, organized and exactly like in the pictures. Eduardo was super helpful and attentive, including extending the checkout time so that we could leave with more peace of mind and reconcile with the time of our flight. We highly recommend and we would definitely return!

The stay was EXCELLENT. Thanks Nilse, it was definitely the best choice to stay in your apartment. We were able to do several walking tours, as the region is very good, clean, safe, with several sights and malls nearby. The apartment had basically everything we needed and the people at the concierge were very friendly.

First experience with Airbnb very good. The apartment exceeded expectations, with a great location and hospitality, both from the host and the staff and neighbors in the condominium. Very safe building, spacious garage, very private and quiet. The check-in with a very flexible schedule helped a lot.

From the beginning we felt very good, excellent service from the hosts, always very attentive at all times. So much so that there was a moment when we felt we were at home. In the end, we end up nostalgic when it's time to leave.

Very good accommodation. We had an intercurrence with the refrigerator and the water, but it was quickly resolved by the owner. I recommend it!

Excellent apartment, suitable for long stays. We stayed for a month and we can say that the apartment is well equipped. It's great that there's a separate bedroom and a kitchen big enough to cook comfortably. In addition, the building staff is very friendly and polite. I was impressed with how well equipped the place is. It has everything and is very worthwhile. Good price and good location, especially for those who have appointments in Curitiba. The only more annoying point is the parking, which is difficult to go up and down. But it's just a caveat, which doesn't get in the way of the experience.
