Apartment holiday rentals in Cupra Marittima

We had a nice time in Francesco and Elisa's apartment. The apartment has everything you need. The private terrace was particularly great. In addition, you can quickly reach the beach & the restaurants. Communication with both was super fast and easy. We will be happy to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment - it’s in the best location overlooking the main square with amazing sea views too. It’s in the middle of the old town and so everything is nearby and within walking distance and great to feel in the middle of it all. If you like walking and swimming there are some amazing walks straight out of the town and also stunning beaches.

Amazing location, very quiet place in the middle of the countryside but less than 20 minutes from the sea of Grottammare. We were able to leave our dogs free since there is only one very little busy dirt road (pay attention anyway) Oriana has always been very kind and scrupulous, thank you 1000 for your hospitality.

Sabina's place is spectacular with ocean views from every room. It's a truly peaceful retreat. We didn't want to leave!

For us now the 3rd time we have booked with Marina and Luigi. Cottage is neat and super clean! And upon arrival there was a bottle of wine ready with some refreshments. Located near highway, but was not annoying for us. Close to beach, both with sunbeds and free pieces. Plenty to see in the area.

I was looking for an apartment near the beach so I wouldn't have to walk or drive miles every day, (with the stress of parking). Annalisa's apartment is very close to the sea, 100 meters from the beach and allows you to fully enjoy beach life, as we like it. I particularly appreciated the convenience of the parking space in the inner courtyard, the presence of all appliances in the apartment and air conditioners in every room for a relaxing vacation. Although we didn't have many opportunities to see each other since there were no problems, Annalisa made a great impression on us, a kind and caring Host. Paolo M

The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Flexible check-in, great communication with the host and a perfectly prepared apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, but due to the many good restaurants nearby, it was rarely used. The view of the sea from the terrace is fantastic. Listening to the sound of the waves was incredibly relaxing. Thank you Francesco, you were a great, pro-active and very friendly host. Grazie e alla prossima :-)

Clean, cozy, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay. Sabino is an excellent host. Coming back here... is like going home for me.

Beautiful experience, the best ever. Beautiful accommodation, very clean and perfectly in order, very well maintained, newly built, with modern and very functional furnishings, equipped with all comforts and really 2 steps from the sea. There is the possibility to unload luggage right in front of the front door and in the immediate vicinity you can park freely. Spaces are expertly used. The amenities are complete, both for cooking and for cleaning. Nothing is missing. The host Marco and his wife are very hospitable, friendly and helpful. They did everything to make us feel at home. Upon our arrival they made us find a fridge and pantry stocked with all kinds of food, including spices and various condiments. It was a really pleasant surprise. And when we left, they greeted us with a very welcome gift. 5 stars absolutely deserved. Thank you for everything and... ...see you next time!!!

Apartment as expected, impeccable cleanliness, strategic location in the center of Martinsicuro with the sea less than 100 meters away, parking on site always available, what more can you ask for to make a holiday unforgettable. That said, a special mention must be made of Manuela, the owner. She is hospitality personified, but with a capital H, always present without ever being invasive. Absolutely love my stay at Cecilia’s home, she has everything you could need in the house & the house is beautiful. Cecilia was very nice and friendly & the balcony was amazing. 10/10 recommend and would rebook

A warm welcome from Diana, with a small cake and a glass of wine from the estate. We felt like we were at home. A peaceful retreat surrounded by vines with a beautiful scenery of the region and mountains. Wine tasting of the estate unmissable by Amerigo sharing his passion with us. Diana, Amerigo, Emanuele, Pietro opened their doors to us, showed us around their winery and helped them participate in their activities. Always available, quick to do us a favor or inquire. The sea is about 15 minutes away, beautiful places to visit nearby, Ascoli Piceno, Castel Trosino, Grottammare Borgo Antico, Riserva Naturale Sentina, Civitella Del Tronto with its narrowest street in Italy. We had a pleasant stay, in a beautiful and quiet setting. At the end of our stay, we left with a pinch in the heart. We will not forget the kindness and hospitality of our hosts, not to mention Charly, an adorable little dog.

The apartment is very nice and spacious, with different types of lighting (a lot of chromotherapy), the location is wonderful, practically on the beach. The terrace is also well equipped with a sitting area and a table with chairs... one thing that I really appreciated is that included in the price there is an umbrella with 2 loungers on the beach right in front and as if that were not enough, the bar/restaurant near the house is really worth it (Filippo's restaurant).. we wanted a relaxing holiday with every comfort and we had it... ps: do not miss the sunrise from the huge windows of the living area. The host was always very helpful!

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you to complete relaxation. The property is flawless, with attention to every detail from the garden, to the cottages, to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

Great location to visit the many sights in the area

We had a fantastic stay for a big family reunion. Please be aware that when you book your stay it says the whole place will be for yourself and this can be misleading. You will have a whole apartment to yourself, but there are multiple apartments in the property that share the outside spaces. Anna, the host, was great! She was very attentive and cared well for us while we stayed. We had a surprise guest (with a dog) who joined us last minute and she kindly prepared an extra bed and took care of us. The place is just as pictured. The location is quiet atop a hill in the town of Case Alte, which is just about one street. It's a 15-30 minute drive to the beach and other surrounding cities/towns. The place is about one hour drive from the Pescara airport. They have a beautiful salt water pool with jacuzzi included. There is also an outside wood burning oven and grill that we used a lot and forged some wonderful memories eating and drinking surrounded by the beautiful nature.

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

The apartment is a few meters away from the beach and is well equipped! The terrace is private and very large. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work during our stay, which we found very unfortunate, maybe we will have better luck next time. Thank you Lorenza for the lovely stay!

It is a small but beautiful regenerating oasis of tranquility and beauty, excellent for leaving behind hectic rhythms and stress. Amelia and her partner are excellent hosts, always available for every need and never intrusive. We will definitely be back!!

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.
