We had a wonderful stay in Mr. Giancarlo's apartment, a real corner of paradise immersed in the rolling Teramo hills. From our arrival we were greeted with great cordiality and availability, and we immediately felt at home. The real protagonist of this experience was undoubtedly the absolute peace that you can breathe in this place: the silence is interrupted only by the sounds of nature, and every morning we woke up with the singing of the birds and a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. It is the perfect place for those looking for relaxation, away from the chaos of the city. I was on vacation for a week with a friend. We had a great time, the apartment is very nice, bright and clean, we felt at home! Mara was super nice and always available, she met us regarding the various check-in and check-out times and advised us what to see and visit in the area and which restaurants to go to. Highly recommended and definitely a place worth returning to!!!

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this house in Italy. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome basket filled with delicacies prepared by our hosts, including a freshly made cake, simply delicious! A delicate touch that set the perfect tone for our stay. The house is superb, perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a carefree stay. The setting is exceptional. From the terrace, we were able to enjoy stunning views of the Italian countryside, ideal for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The serenity of the place allowed us to disconnect completely and savor every moment. Our hosts were very available, always ready to answer any questions we had or resolve any concerns. For Casa Colorata, we only have praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hillside; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated her with love and equipped her in everything, in the smallest detail. We spent sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

Alba's house is located in a beautiful area in the Marche hills in the province of Macerata: the house is comfortable, well equipped for cooking and spending relaxing moments in the living room and garden. From the house you can walk for beautiful walks in the surroundings; towns with shops and restaurants can be reached in about ten minutes by car. Alba is a kind and always available host; we spent a beautiful rustic New Year's Eve in her home and recommend it to everyone.

Very nice rural place to stay. Quietly located, about 20 minutes by car to the nearest sandy beach. Good restaurants, but only accessible by car.

We spent 12 wonderful days with five people (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, the grounds, the pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. The amenities and cleanliness of the house are of a high standard and in line with the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, matching the area, sustainable and made of high-quality materials. The natural pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly designed. The entire outdoor area is in an amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always eager to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

Sabina's home is an authentic "locus amoenus" where I found the simplicity, discreet hospitality and peace I was looking for. It is really a nice place located in a very interesting rural context to discover; convenient to the sea and close to places cultural interest. The house is tastefully furnished, perfectly aligned with the context. Sabina and Emir...seem like those meetings that you wonder if you haven't known them for years... always ready, friendly, but never intrusive. Two dear people. And their little dogs, two ridiculous characters that enrich the value of the stay. I'll be back! Paola

Perfectly located for a little get away with a great balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains! A wonderful spot to spend a few days.

The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

The accommodation was great, we had everything we needed. It's a little longer to the sea on foot, but we liked to walk, we could rent bikes. Great place for trips to the mountains in Abruzzo. The whole trip was great, we enjoyed it and we would like to return in the future.

We had a great time at Arianna's place. He is a very welcoming person, who gave us good tips for going out or eating. She also made our arrival much easier. The apartment was clean, tidy and well arranged. Located in a small village, we enjoyed the quiet of the place but also the proximity of the surrounding cities and the sea not far away. The communication was also perfect, especially since Arianna speaks very good English. A person and a place that are really to be recommended for any stay in the area. Really good stay and nice host Clean and great location

We had a great stay! The apartment is very nice and has plenty of space in the living room for cooking and relax, a large washroom and a comfortable bedroom and bed. Location is perfect, in a quite street two minutes away from the main town square. Supermarket very near, fruit and veg marker very near, easy access downhill to the beach. We want to come back here next year.

Lovely place close to the mountains and helpful and welcoming hosts

Staying at Cinzia and her husband's apartment was a super positive experience! The apartment, in a quiet area close to the sea, reflected the photos and description....even live is even better. Clean, tidy, complete with everything, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom... absolutely nothing was missing. As it is written in the description, you could only bring the essentials and personal things...the rest is there! Cinzia and her husband personally welcomed us when we arrived, despite our small delay. They explained everything to us, gave us tips on local activities and were responsive to our every request. For example, for a small problem with the boiler, Cinzia was notified, after 5 minutes she was at home with a technician....and it was almost 10:00 pm...everything was resolved in 10 minutes! What can I say...thank you for everything and I definitely recommend this apartment, without a doubt!

We had a great time. 🙏❤️ For other tourists: keep in mind it’s better to have a car, otherwise it’s quite difficult to get around. All the time indications are considered by moving by car: Beaches; 14-20 min. Really great: Marcelli (for kids) Numana, Urbani, Mezzavalle, Osimo: very nice medieval village: 10 min. Recommended: Caffe del corso. Very particular tasty desserts 😉 Ancona: 15-20 min. Supermarket: 5 min. You definitely should visit Sirolo. Consider that we had vacation beginning of June. Even though not crowded at all in this period, parking is not always easy when you go to the beach.
