Excellent hospitality, a central location and a pleasant atmosphere, the house is similar to what was published in the photos, the host responded to messages in a friendly manner at all times

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, I enjoyed 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend her 100% it was worth it, excellent cooking and she has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the cost of the stay depends on how many people are staying, I would come back and I highly recommend it

We had a great time at Elena’s place - she and her whole family were so hospitable and kind. The dogs are the sweetest animals ever and she was so flexible with our large group.

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

We had a really good time at Paul's place. extremely nice and peaceful place. Clean, comfortable, well stocked.

Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

Nice and organized place, it was a pleasure to be in the place as it was very comfortable.

Eddna’s place was great! It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. It’s such a bright space with so many windows and great mountain views. The park across the street was very nice to walk to also. Eddna was very responsive. She gave many recommendations and made reservations for us to use the gym in the building whenever we asked. I would stay again!

Carlos’s place is perfect for few days stay as a solo travelled or a couple. It’s in a nice neighborhood close to a mall and a big park. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood and there are things in the house to cook food if you decide to do it yourself too. Carlos himself was very responsive and got back to me with any questions I had pretty quickly. Would recommend this place if you plan to visit Quito

Very nice apartment! Modern equipment, comfy bed, huge tv, good wifi :) Good location as well. The communication was easy and fast. Can recommend 100%!

We worked from home for 2 weeks and the internet worked well. The neighborhood is nice and we walked to get groceries, to the movies, mall, and the park. We used the gym, hot tub, and sauna. It’s a terrific place and I definitely recommend it.

Fantastic apartment — modern, spotless, and well maintained. Fernando was highly responsive to all my questions. The building felt very secure and is within walking distance to excellent restaurants and coffee shops.

We stayed in Jacqueline's apartment for 3 weeks and could not have been happier. The apartment itself had everything we needed for an extended stay. It was comfortable and secure. The view is breathtaking and I spent more time sitting on the balcony enjoying the beautiful mountain views than anything else. The front desk security staff were extremely nice and accommodating. When we left, the security guard on shift gave us several big hugs and many thank you's, which was very sweet. We also made friends with the owner of the attached pizza restaurant and he met us in the lobby as we were leaving to say goodbye. We felt like we were leaving long time friends. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance and also a major bank right across the street, and a large market just a few blocks away, also easily walkable. Jacqueline was very attentive both before we arrived, and the entire time we were there. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Quito.

Great modern apartment and super responsive host. In a gated community which made us feel very safe but was not convenient to walk to restaurants etc.; in fact, we ordered dinner in as it was somewhat difficult for taxis to enter the first security gate. Overall though, very nice accommodations! Loved having hot water, washer, dryer and dishwasher.

I loved my stay in this apartment. It was impeccably clean, in an excellent location near the Quicentro, and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, it has additional accessible facilities and is a very safe place. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and both the host and his team were super friendly, always attentive and very communicative. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
