Excellent location close to the most visited sites and shopping centers, the place is very cozy clean and beautiful, the host was always on order and helped us with everything.

We stayed in Jacqueline's apartment for 3 weeks and could not have been happier. The apartment itself had everything we needed for an extended stay. It was comfortable and secure. The view is breathtaking and I spent more time sitting on the balcony enjoying the beautiful mountain views than anything else. The front desk security staff were extremely nice and accommodating. When we left, the security guard on shift gave us several big hugs and many thank you's, which was very sweet. We also made friends with the owner of the attached pizza restaurant and he met us in the lobby as we were leaving to say goodbye. We felt like we were leaving long time friends. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance and also a major bank right across the street, and a large market just a few blocks away, also easily walkable. Jacqueline was very attentive both before we arrived, and the entire time we were there. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Quito.

Great modern apartment and super responsive host. In a gated community which made us feel very safe but was not convenient to walk to restaurants etc.; in fact, we ordered dinner in as it was somewhat difficult for taxis to enter the first security gate. Overall though, very nice accommodations! Loved having hot water, washer, dryer and dishwasher.

I loved my stay in this apartment. It was impeccably clean, in an excellent location near the Quicentro, and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, it has additional accessible facilities and is a very safe place. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and both the host and his team were super friendly, always attentive and very communicative. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful experience staying at Cesar Eduardo’s place! From the very beginning, he was an amazing host 😊 kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. His hospitality truly made us feel welcome and at home. The place itself was super clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect 👌 close to restaurants, pharmacies, and everything we needed, which made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free. We truly loved every moment of our stay and appreciate all the little details that made it special. We highly recommend staying here and give Cesar 100%! We would definitely come back again!

The stay at David's house was very pleasant and comfortable. I received excellent treatment from the host, very professional and helpful.

Only problem is the place is soooo secure 😂 sometimes it was even hard for us to enter the house 😂 we waited 10 minutes in every entrance

The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, I enjoyed 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend her 100% it was worth it, excellent cooking and she has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the cost of the stay depends on how many people are staying, I would come back and I highly recommend it

It is a very nice house, which is why I extend the stay, very quiet and safe, no bulla. The view of the house is stunning from the terrace and main room. Paul is a great host too. Everything was great.

We stayed with Ximena on our way in and out of the Galapagos. She arranged transfers to and from the airport and was very good at communicating. As non-Spanish speakers, we used the AirBnB messaging with translation and it worked very smoothly. Do not miss the home and museum up the hill of Guyasamin, Ecuador’s most famous artist. Carolina Metro stop is a 10 minute walk, 5 stops from the Old Town. There are plenty of restaurants on Avenida Czechoslovakie and Irlande nearby, although we were advised not to walk in the area after 8PM, true of most areas of Quito.

Moni's house is super nice, we felt at home, in addition to safe and quite cared for. She and her husband were very kind to us, they were always attentive to our doubts. Also the safety of the accommodation is unbeatable, which is a great plus! Thank you very much, we would be happy to come back ♥️
