Maison eSSe by Simone & Sonia

JokūbasRating, 5 stars11 months ago
The place is amazingly cute, with all the amenities and equipment you could need. We loved having our breakfast in the small balcony with the beautiful view! When we found the wine fridge, we got a little carried away trying to fill it up, but that's part of a vacation in Italy. As a foreigner, the only uncomfortable thing we found was the parking. If you are used to narrow streets and are able to maneuver as a local, you will be fine! Our car's proximity sensors, however, were screaming every time we were going out. We had a great time here. Definitely recommend!

The House in the Vineyard

Great stay, quite basic, but provided with everything. Delightful garden. And what was unique was that there were fireflies everywhere in the evening. Very special. The distance to the village is easily walkable. And a very nice village.

We had a wonderful calm stay. We enjoyed the kitchen and almost felt like Italians having our meals there.

Ada's Cottage

Secluded mountain village, exactly what we were looking for. You have to park a bit away & walk to the property (up & down) but it's not far. Sonia & her husband kindly accompanied us. The decor is just like in the photos, everything is very cute, you can see the love for detail. For four people perfect for sleeping, there was also a small living room to sit together. Sonia was always quickly accessible & helpful. Only shortcomings: Bathroom could not be locked & you have no network in the village - for that there was Wi-Fi that worked great. In addition, you should know that there is no supermarket in the village, but Sonia made us aware of this before the stay. Overall a very nice stay, we would come back:)

Casa Lidia, a villa among the olive trees

SabrinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a great time in this house. The place is a small, idyllic paradise. Perfect for relaxing, but still close to many great sights in Tuscany. Cristiano was a helpful, very friendly host who was available at all times for tips or questions. Our dog also felt totally comfortable in the fenced garden. Since the accommodation is a bit remote and very rural, it can of course happen that there are noises from distant neighbors through dogs, chickens, cows or horses. We didn't find it disturbing at all - on the contrary. The view of Camaiore and the surrounding landscape was beautiful. The house and the interior was even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. It was equipped with everything you need and the beds were super comfortable. We 100% recommend the place.

The Monteggiori Jay

Looking for a hideaway in nature? You’ve come to the right place. To wake up and overlook the lush green hills is a gift. Stefania’s little house was a home away from home. Everything is stylish but simple, clean and cosy. And Stefania is an outstanding host: very responsive and helpful. Thing to know before you head out to La Ghiandaia. 1. The drive way is rather long and steep (for Dutch people). No worries the second time you drive it, it's easy. 2. Tall people might bump their head now and then in the bathroom. We did, but it didn't bother us. We love La Ghiandaia.
