House holiday rentals in Cul-de-Sac

It was lovely to watch the waves and listen to the ocean everyday from our patio. Laure was so welcoming and offered ideas for places to go during our 6 week stay. She was very responsive to messages from us and genuinely want to make sure we had a wonderful visit. We were close to a variety of cafes and restaurants. The French bakery was a wonderful morning walk and Boat On Yacht Club a charming afternoon excursion. It took us a short time to get used to the to driving in Marigot but by the second week, we were comfortable with our route. I recommend getting out and about throughout the island. There is plenty to explore! Laure is a gem! We would stay here again.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing!! Easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The views (especially at sunset) are gorgeous, the house is very well maintained and comfortable, and Hugh/Tess were quick to respond to any questions we had. Like everyone else says, we were so sad to leave at the end.

Nous avons adoré la maison et avons passé un séjour fantastique. La villa est décorée avec goût et très bien équipée et que dire de l’extérieur… Ouf! L’espace patio, le mobilier, la piscine sans oublier la vue spectaculaire nous ont comblé! Nous avons adopté le resto L’Oasis et la petite épicerie Bread&Butter à 5 minutes de marche 😉 ainsi que La cabane du pêcheur à 15 minutes en voiture où chaque matin, vous pouvez avoir des arrivages de poissons à très bon prix. Un merci spécial à Josy qui a facilité notre séjour, nous a aidé avec des réservations et de merveilleuses recommandations. Nous reviendrons assurément… Mille merci!

House is as shown in photos. Large enough for a group of six or a couples outing. Very secluded, beautiful estate to walk around. House is very secure in addition to a security gate at the entrance. One of the most well stocked Airbnb homes I have ever rented in regard to kitchen utensils/ supplies, toiletries, and linen. The property managers/hosts are very accommodating. I have heat driven migraines and they graciously brought me a fan ASAP. We will return next year and hopefully rent the same property! Thanks again

Villa on the Rock exceeded expectations in every way. Perfectly located, well appointed and very comfortable. Chris and Piri were at once very responsive and completely unobtrusive.

The villa was perfect. Beautiful view, upscale and clean. Joy was easy to communicate with and offered help with logistics such as car service private yachts, groceries and private chef service. The private pool off our deck was clean and refreshing We started planning our next trip before this one ended.

Truly a dream stay with an incredible ocean view. We had the most incredible experience staying at this stunning property! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking panorama, crystal-clear waters. The home itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with every comfort we could ask for. Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was pure magic. The location was also perfect, peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to local shops, restaurants, and coastal attractions. Our hosts went above and beyond, they even helped us book dinner reservations when we didn’t have international phone service, which made a huge difference in our trip. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing a top-tier guest experience. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. If you're looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway by the sea, this is it. Highly, highly recommend!

The Villa was as described in the add and pictures were the reality. We enjoyed the pool and quietness therefore we relaxed. Our favorite restaurant was the Vietnamese Bistro (Savannah) and the bakery which were in walking distance. Our host Marie was fantastic. She met us upon arrival and gave us valuable information and responded quickly to our inquiries making our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Daniel

Le Pearle, is an amazing place to stay while in paradise. The location is private, the views are incredible, and you have the luxury of a beach at your disposable. The condo itself is very beautiful, the bed is comfortable, my boyfriend and I felt right at home and would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed every moment in St. Martin and this beautiful home was a large part of our experience. We used the kayaks and outdoor dining area daily. The decor was gorgeous and the hosts thought of everything! Can’t wait to return!

The Beach House was everything we expected from the pictures on line. The pool is large enough to cool off and even practice snorkling for a newbee!! The kitchen is well stocked and nicely laid out. The cool breeze off the ocean provides some relief from the hot sun. We sat out most mornings with our tea watching the bay come to life with activity. We used the kayak to get us over to Pinel Island where we spent the day on the beach. Finally the area is secure and we felt very safe. Prior to our trip Margaux answered all my questions concerning restaurants and beaches. She also ensured my grocery order was received and put away. When we arrived Margaux met us at the house and explained where everything was and how it was operated. We had a number of Iguanas and Donkeys visit us during our stay. Thanks for everything. We will be back in 2026.

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

Wir fanden Damians Haus sehr schön. Es sah genauso aus, wie auf den Fotos und hatte alles, was man benötigt. Besonders toll fanden wir die Geräusche der Natur nachts und haben immer die Fenster offen gelassen. Da er im gesamten Haus Fliegengitter verbaut hat, war das super möglich. Wenn man seinen Anweisungen folgt, ist das Haus auch einfach zu finden. Das Bett war äußerst bequem. Außerdem war es blitzsauber. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter :)

Our stay for 8 people was wonderful. The area is more beautiful than imagined, and the pictures surely do not do it justice. The house is very private, and you need to traverse a couple large hills in order to get there. We had to swap out our first rental car because the tread felt very unsafe and struggled on some of the hills, but otherwise we really appreciated the privacy and sweeping views of the water from the villa.

The house was as nice as it looked in the photos. The location was wonderful, within easy walking distance from everything in Orient Bay. Sophie was very helpful, informative and responsive. I think she was a model hostess.

By far my favorite airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Great communication. House was super clean, and pictures don’t do it justice. There local rep was super helpful and accommodated to our arrival and departure. Highly recommend this to anyone who is thinking about visiting Saint Martin.

L'appartement de Véronique est impeccable, l'ameublement, la literie, les meubles et les électro-ménagers sont de très bonnes qualité. Il est très bien situé à Cul de Sac, toutes les plages du coin sont à proximité. J'ai passé un superbe séjour dans cet appartement, je le recommande très fortement sans hésitation.

Excellent séjour dans cette résidence sécurisée. Je vous recommande cet ébergement. Nous remercions l'hôte pour sa gentillesse et réactivité. Hébergement idéalement situé et bien équipé. On y est comme à la maison. Environnement très paisible et fleuri. Piscine très agréable juste au pied de l'appartement. On y reviendra. Nous recommandons fortement.

Our stay at Chrissy's home was a dream! The house is absolutely gorgeous, well designed, clean, spacious, incredible view, fantastic location- it was the best place we've rented on AirBnB. I cannot recommend this stay enough and would gladly return in a heartbeat. Our time in Saint Martin was phenomenal and a huge part of that was due to this amazing house.

Très satisfaite de mon séjour . Le logement est identique aux photos , moderne et récent donc très agréable à y séjourner . Je recommande fortement !!

We had a wonderful stay over March break with my family. Anne Claire's place was the perfect setup for our 19 month old. The pool had a safety fence which made being outside easy and safe. The kitchen was very well equipped. Location was perfect - 5 min from Orient Beach, 5 min to Super-U groceries,7 min to Grand Case, 10 min to Anse Marcel. Car rental is a must.

The villa was great for the week we stayed. It’s a very short walk to Orient Beach along a lagoon side trail or by road. Clean and very spacious. Kids loved the pool. I would definitely stay and recommend again. Joshua is very responsive when contacted also. Thanks Joshua
