Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cukrići

We stayed at Antonio's place for a week. The place was extremely clean and looked even better than in the photos :) we were warmly welcomed. The location is great, we were a lot with waterfalls etc. inland, but also often on the beach. Everything is easily accessible by car. There are also restaurants and shops in the area. The accommodation is quiet and you have privacy. We had a relaxed breakfast on the terrace every morning and also saw a few animals such as rabbits in the field. The holiday was accordingly super relaxed! We have already recommended the place to our friends.

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

Great holiday home, has everything you need and it’s really nice to stay there. Everything is clean and well-kept, and the location is peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The host is very friendly, responds quickly, and is easy to communicate with. We recommend it and will definitely come back!

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Great stay with dog and toddler. Great new apartment (not yet in the pictures) and great pool area/summer kitchen, we only stayed there as 2 couples. Only two suggestions for improvement: renovate the bathrooms in the other two apartments and outside an outdoor grill would be the highlight!! 😊 Otherwise, we felt very comfortable, everything was great and we had a great vacation. Kitchen incredibly well equipped (never experienced like this!) It's also great that there were carports for the cars.

Inga and her family were the best hosts we've been to so far, we felt completely comfortable. The house is beautiful and the view just amazing. We were there for 7 days with a 15 month old child and Inga provided everything necessary. Inga and Andelko are very open and can also be had for a short or extended chat. We can only recommend it and if we are in the area again we will stop by again:-)

Gordana was a very nice and great hostess :) I can only agree with the good reviews! The apartment is very well equipped - and you feel right at home. The location is great, almost directly on the marina, a 15-20 minute walk to beautiful beaches, by car or bike you can be there in a few minutes. Even my dog felt comfortable ;) Thanks for the nice days - and the homemade jam was delicious too. Gladly come back and highly recommended! :)

We absolutely loved our 6 day stay here. Luka met us at the house where the car park is, drove us the short distance to vIlla Carera and showed us where everything was. The location was perfect - in the old town, lots to see nearby and a small supermarket and pharmacy very close by. The house had everything we could want and we spent a lot of time relaxing in the beautiful garden. Really highly recommend Villa Carera.

Unfortunately, the navigation sent us to another address but we were picked up there immediately!! Parking is available in front of the house or in the side street. Everything was very clean and there were enough towels, etc. There were even extra blankets and upholstery in the closet. Cleaning products, brooms, spices and hair dryer are also available! Clear pulse was the washing machine in the bathroom!!! Towels from bathing could be hung on the balcony. Since the apartment is on the 1st floor, it is convenient that you have space on the ground floor for Wagerl etc. Coffee maker is not just such a small espresso dings 😉 But we brought our own. Air conditioning is also available and works great too. The blinds on the windows were great for darkening for sleeping! The location is quiet and yet you are really on the beach in 5 minutes - the path goes through a small forest but is paved (steps available)! Super nice hosts! We'd love to come back!

Wonderfully quiet village, everything within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, restaurants). Within 10 minutes on the beach (for which you get a parking pass from Davor) and in Rovinj. Beautiful centrally located in Istria. If you are looking for tranquility and want to get away from the busy tourist spots, you are in the right place. Before, it is available daily for maintenance at the garden, etc., and is always available for questions or a chat. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the place. Everything was as described and Kristina was very friendly and responded quickly to messages. She gave us recommendations for the area and helped us with problems. The beach was within 10 minutes' walk. Pula was also easy to reach by car. Really a very nice AirBnB.

We felt very comfortable with Emanuela from minute 1. Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. The garden was great and everything is done with a lot of love. We would definitely come back:)

We have a great stay. We spend less days than we had planned cause of a family situation. Pero was very kind and his dad as well. The view is amazing, you can have breakfast on the terras and sit till late in the evening comfortable outside. The kitchen is big and the living spacious, a good bathroom and good beds. I hope someday we can come back.

We would absolutely recommend a stay in the Birdhouse of Branko! After friendly contact about the ETA, he was waiting for us at the communicated stop. He helped us carry some luggage and walked us to the accommodation. Once arrived there, the home was clean and cozy and the fridge was already filled by him since he would know that the shops were closed once we arrived. The view from the balcony can best be described as perfect. Branko is a really kind host who wanted us to feel home. We can confirm that it felt like home. 😌 Motovun was a bit quiet, but it was fine since we loved the serenity of the birdhouse. We will definitely recommend our friend to consider the Birdhouse when visiting Istria. We would also recommend to book at Miro Tartufi for truffle hunting!

The owners of Villa Cami are incredibly welcoming, reliable, and helpful. Communication was always fast, solution-oriented, and kind. Everything from arrival to check-in and check-out went perfectly. The villa itself is immaculate, tastefully furnished, and set in a beautiful, peaceful environment. In person, it exceeded the already great impression from the photos. For families with children who value privacy and tranquility, this is absolutely the perfect choice. We felt completely comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. Villa Cami is a true gem – we wholeheartedly recommend it and would love to return!

We loved our stay here. House is very clean and we enjoyed the pool and outside space. Easy to get to beaches, restaurants etc.

What a little paradise in Istria 😍 A great house with everything you need. We have 3 teenagers and a dwarf poodle. The house offers enough space and is not at all noisy. It is very stylish and was also very clean upon our arrival. The large garden is fantastic. At any time of the day you will find enough shade from trees or the walls of the house. The pool is an ideal size and there was also enough room for all of us. It also has a great and above all very comfortable lounge. The 15-minute drive to Rovinj didn't bother us at all. So we could explore a different beautiful beach every day and were happy to return to the quiet Kurilli. It was a perfect first vacation in Croatia for us and certainly not the last. We can only warmly recommend this place!

Such a beautiful home! It was better than expected. Alen and Gloria are fantastic hosts. The space and view are spectacular, secluded, and peaceful with all the amenities needed and then some. We look forward to our next trip back here!

Had a very very nice stay! The house was very neat when we arrived there and equipped with all the comforts. The host was also very friendly and always reachable if anything came up. Definitely recommended if you want to go to Pula.

5 stars across the board! The house is well equipped. We had everything we needed. The living area is really big. The beds were very comfortable and all three bedrooms have a separate bathroom with shower. The garden is also huge, which our children especially liked. It is particularly worth mentioning that the entire house was really clean! Right next door is a small playground and a paved, fenced sports field with football/handball goals and a basketball hoop. There is even a switchable lighting. Franko and Nensi were always easily accessible to us and immediately took care of all concerns. We were greeted super nicely with welcome snacks and drinks. In the location, everyone must be aware that you basically have to drive for excursions, restaurants and shopping, but that was not a problem for us. Thank you, Franko and Nensi, for letting us be your guests :-) It was a great vacation!

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Beautiful house nothing to say , just I recommend it go ahead , Meri is adorable and very welcoming. Peaceful place and close to the sea
