Beautiful apartment overlooking a killer view of the water. Open the windows and let the fresh sea breeze flow in. The place is fairly small, works great for a couple. About a 10 minute walk to the main harbor front area of Cassis.

I can’t express how fabulous Thomas’s place is just like a home from home , the attention to detail is incredible, really comfy bed with the best linen perfect outside space for relaxing it’s definitely the best AirBnB we ever stayed after 10 years ! we can’t recommend it enough Altogether…it’s perfect

Hippo and Denis are very welcoming and proactive hosts, with great recommendations for things to do in the area. The apartment is very functional, completely refurbished, and the bedding is particularly comfortable. It is ideally located: a stone's throw from Le Brusc, while being in a very quiet environment. And finally, the icing on the cake: the breathtaking view of the Embiez, the sea and the sunset… Preparing a plancha with this panorama is better than a restaurant!! In short, a fabulous stay!

Amazing view, great location . Walkable to everything.

We had a great time at this place, the location is ideal for access to the beach (just opposite) and the center/port (15min walk). The apartment is modern, bright, equipped with air conditioning (essential I think in summer). The terrace facing the sea offers an incredible view, perfect for dining or resting on the sunbeds. Xavier was very welcoming, always very responsive to respond and arranged us well at check-in, thank you again! I recommend this place if you want to enjoy the sea and the view!

This apartment was our little oasis in Marseille! Everything about it is just gorgeous! It has all the required amenities and makes you feel right at home. The balconies add an extra charm and are perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon wine. Even though there were moments of being in Marseille that we didn't 100% enjoy, coming back to this beautiful apartment made it all worth it and put us back in relaxation mode. I highly recommend this apartment and our hosts even accommodated a last minute early check in for us!

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and so easy to find and check into! We had a great time—the bedroom was so comfortable, the tub was amazing, and the bathroom was clean and easy to use. We were comfortable here and the apartment was very large for France. We also appreciated it being on the ground floor, and the AC being super strong given it was quite warm during our visit to Aix :). There’s nothing I would suggest they change, would highly recommend staying here!!

Beautiful apartment very well located in Cassis. Close to restaurants and the center. The apartment is really well equipped, there is nothing missing. The private garage even if not located in the building is quite correct and easily accessible. The view from the apartment is simply exceptional. A painting in itself! Really a great place to stay. It was our second stay at Luis's, and once again we are thrilled! Luis is an incredibly pleasant and accommodating host who made us feel right at home. The property is quietly located and offers a lot of privacy, perfect to take rest from everyday life. Especially the magnificently maintained garden and the beautiful plants create a true oasis of well-being – that's exactly how we felt. Whether we were relaxing or exploring the surroundings, we were able to fully enjoy the stay. We are already looking forward to coming back!"

Great stay at Frank and Gwen's! The apartment is great, everything is as described and the hosts are proactive and very kind. Small weak point in our opinion in terms of noise at times (party on the beach, neighbors). However, this is not predictable and does not prevent you from having a pleasant stay. The hosts were responsive to this. Very friendly people and a beautiful little nest! Highly recommended!

The apartment is superb: sublime view, quiet, next to Cassis within walking distance, comfortable, warm... we could make a list of positive points as long as the arm. Jean-Marie and Sébastien who ensure the reception and departure on site are very kind, responsive in case of problems and available. We are first time visitors to Cassis and were not sure of where to stay, we did not have a car and even if we did this was the perfect location, Close to everything, great being abe to look back at the port and see whats going on, yes it can be nosiy, but if you want quiet stay in the countryside. We felt right at home and quickly the Appt become ours to enjoy, The cooking facilities and equipment was top class and we had everything and more then we needed. Everything is in walking distance and all we needed we could get from the Market ( a Must do) and the local convenience stores had everthing we wanted, sure the supermarket which is a drive away would be cheaper, but really not that big a saving You get a complete feeling for the town from here and it was a week that we throughly enjoyed and would stay again Chonyucha was so helpful with tips and ideas and there booklet on recommendations was excellent, Julia was lovely and meet us on arrival and was vert helpful as well

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Couldn’t get enough of the lovely view of Cap Canaille. The apartment is in a perfect location. Very quiet. It was a fairly easy walk down into town. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect! Beware of people with auditory hypersensitivity because the jacuzzi stays lit, but the host provides earplugs! The garden is very nice with an excellent breakfast

Great spot! Convenient for walking but on a quieter street than others.

A short one-night stay with the optimal comfort and quality of a 5-star hotel, video projector jacuzzi, dehumidifier and fans! In short, all the necessary equipment in a cozy and warm atmosphere. I really recommend this well-located accommodation in the old town of Hyeres with restaurants and bars nearby!

This home and caretaker were of the best my wife and I have ever crossed paths with! First off, the location is absolutely perfect!! Less than a two minute walk from the beautifully quaint and bustling downtown plaza! Everyone is so friendly and beautiful! The home we stayed in was absolutely breathtaking. The downstairs cellar with the cocktail pool and lights can never be communicated through photos. The place stay atmosphere and people were all more than perfect! I HIGHLY suggest staying here!!
