Amazing host! Even though my flight arrived late and I had a long drive from Guayaquil, he made sure check-in was smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, very responsive and helpful with everything. The apartment was modern, clean, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable — perfect after long day of travel. I also appreciated the small touches like the complimentary tea, and the helpful recommendations nearby. When I accidentally left some personal items behind, he went above and beyond to coordinate getting them back to me quickly before I returned home. Truly great hospitality and kind. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend to all my friends and family!!! Thanks again Patricio!

Let me begin by saying that the place is exactly as it shows in the pictures, Absolutely beautiful!! Luis was very attentive to ensure our stay was pleasant. The location is only minutes away from all attractions, The airport and all the restaurants which made it easy getting around . When you go upstairs to the terrace you also get a breath taking, panoramic view of the whole city of Cuenca, The mountain’s and the Cathedral. Antonio and Junior are the security in the building and they are the sweetest! Always made sure we were good and asked if we needed anything every time they saw us. Overall, I’m very happy about my stay and Luis the host was very attentive to our needs and ensured our check in and check out was smooth and easy. His response time was right away and the place was super neat and clean! Thank you Luis and we will be coming back again :)

Convenient location, easy access by taxi, bus or car. Great restaurants within walking distance. Very affordable.

El condominio está muy bien ubicado. Puedes trabajar tranquilamente en caso de hacerlo remoto. El lugar tiene todos los implementos descritos, es de fácil acceso y muy limpio . Amé todos los detalles del lugar. Volvería a hospedarme en la suite.

I loved my stay at this place. The building is stylish, with a recent renovation. Modern, but with a touch of the old. The apartment is very cool. I liked the big picture window in the living room with the view of the roof tops and the sky. I liked the two private terraces. I liked to watch the street from the front terrace and I liked to chill or soak up a little sunshine on the top terrace. The kitchen was compact, but just fine for me. The apartment had nice art on the wall, a kitchen with things to use, plenty of pillows, towels and linens. The washer/dryer worked well. The shower was great. Entrance to the building and apartment was easy. The location is awesome. I loved that it is on a happening street. The noise wasn't so bad with the double-paned windows on the front. I used a speaker with YouTube 10 hour ocean sounds while sleeping to mask any noise, and earplugs too on Friday and Saturdays. I hope to stay here again when I return to beautiful Cuenca.

I absolutely loved this spot! very beautiful view and the hosts were very attentive, we were very impressed with the hosts. the flat is really beautiful and they had extra blankets and a fan which I appreciated. the view of the cathedrals from the balcony was great, especially at night. I felt very safe and secure here and we walked to restaurants and the cathedrals and had a great time. 10/10 would recommend 👏

Una experiencia muy recomendable para turistas que quieran visitar la hermosa cuenca, todo los lugares bonitos eran cercano a nuestro alojamiento, el edificio muy bien conservado y seguro, recomendado al 100%.

Súper ubicación, zona muy tranquila cerca de un parque donde la gente practica deporte. Cerca de todo y el anfitrión súper amigable, todo organizado y me dejó entrar más temprano al depa! Muchas gracias.

Once I located the condo and gained access is was a lovely place! The apartment is as advertised and is a great value. Great parking under the building and the apartment is located a 10 minute walk to the southbound Tram station (going toward Terminal Terrestre or the Airport). Coffee shop and nail salon on the bottom level of the building. Darwin the front desk man was very helpful and accommodating. SuperMaxi is 5 minute walk around the corner.

An excellent option to stay while in Cuenca. This property is well worth the value that is paid, not only because the apartment is actually better than described, but also because of the kindness, and level of service provided by the hosts, Jack and Michelle. The property’s location is perfect as it is surrounded by restaurants, shops, markets, river walks, etc. Importantly, the property is safe, secure and very quiet considering all the activity that surrounds it. Also, the property is well stocked with amenities, and all that you’ll need. My next visit, I would love to stay again. Thank you so much Jack and Michelle!

Me encantó la estadía ya que era tal cual las fotos la muestra, un departamento con las cosas esenciales, práctico, igual la ubicación me encanta ya que pude salir fácilmente de la ciudad de Cuenca.

I travel a lot and it’s rare to find a place where I could feel at home. It’s a perfect size place with a beautiful view. My host Mr. Salvador was very helpful and courteous. I’m looking forward on staying there again. Thank you again.

El departamento es un sueño, muy bonito, ordenado y limpio, el lugar está muy bien ubicado, se escucha el río Tomebamba. La comunicación con el señor siempre estuvo presente, nos contestaba rápidamente.

We loved our stay in Cuenca! The Airbnb was beautiful and the host was incredibly responsive to anything. Highly recommend.

The apartment was accessible to restaurants, pharmacies, a spa/salon, an ATM and a convenience store. We couldn’t have imagined the beautiful view from every window. The apartment is full of light, and the modern amenities were outstanding. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was particularly useful, and the stove and refrigerator were premium quality.

Muy bien. Pocos lugares tienen reservación inmediata y en este si pudimos reservar de inmediato. Zona segura. Hay zonas de recreación. Estaba todo limpio. Sin duda regresaría.
