Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cudillero

My stay in the house was great. The apartment is in a privileged location, four minutes from the center. It has all the services around it, several supermarkets, restaurants, shops. The entrance and exit to go see other villages is fantastic. The condition of the house is wonderful, with very good mattresses, washing machines, dryer, independent kitchen no sounds are heard It has a garage space one minute away for a large vehicle. I recommend it 100% and the owners are very attentive and I thank them for the stay.

Loved staying here. I studied in Oviedo many years ago and always loved this area in the old neighborhood. This is an amazing location right in the heart of casco viejo close to so many great spots. The apartment was clean as can be, well stocked with necessary items, and perfect layout. Check in was effortless and great with recommendations. Awesome building with kind neighbors who would hold the door open for you. Oviedo is one of the best places in all of Spain. This is an excellent location and value for money. Would 100% stay here again.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with young children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park for about 7 minutes (footpath). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

It was a little tricky to ‘get in’ as there are two train stations and two parks nearby and that was our directions. Since we got in late, Andrea was so kind and helpful making sure we made it in! Also the locals (especially those at El Cubano) were very friendly and helped us out. MasyMas was close by (store) and the town was great to visit and just hang out. Wonderful food, great Celtic feel and amazing Cidra pouring bars…a TRUE are form! We hung out at El Cubano and loved their food and Cidras. Andrea was helpful in giving us advice (and we gave her our experiences, photos for the next couple). We are older so stairs are hard but it wasn’t bad, just at the beginning. The lock is tricky, keep trying until you get in. That was our only issue, other than that it was a wonderful place! Nice to close a door when partner is sleeping! Lovely views from room! Both Sushi and Marcelino are very kind. They greeted us with a warm welcome and helped us transport our luggage to the station. They also provided us with information about the area and were there for anything. Pleasant stay.

The location is unbeatable, a couple of minutes walking from the promenade. The apartment was super impeccable and is very cozy for a couple who is going to spend a few days in Gijón. Communication with Sergio was very fluid, as it took very little to answer when we wrote to him. The only bad thing is the people who start screaming in the early morning street, since you can hear a lot on the floor, but otherwise, I would repeat this place.

Victor is very friendly. The keys were handed over in person. If I had any questions, I could easily write him a message and quickly get a message back. :)

Excellent, as always. And Consuelo is a great person, and always available. It's our second year, and I hope to keep repeating in the future. For us to go to the house of Consuelo is to be in an oasis, for the location and for the tranquility of the area. Apart from it being very special for us to meet their dogs, which are wonderful.

It's all over the description. It had everything, with its instructions and amazing. We didn't have time to take advantage of it. Kitchen and bathroom with many utensils and groceries, towels and sheets of 10. I recommend it and I would come back without thinking. Thank you very much, Maria 😉

Marcos is a very good host. We arrived late at the accommodation but he waited for us until we arrived and explained everything kindly and even helped us find some dinner. The house is as it comes in the photos. It is a place outside of Gijón but very quiet and intimate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, all the necessary utensils and more in the kitchen. Lovely and peaceful country setting. The house is very well stocked and even with breakfast items. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the area. Very responsive and helpful communication.

Perfect for a ski weekend. A few minutes from San Isidro. Warm, cozy and with everything you need. On the part of the hosts, everything was easy, with good service and kindness. We'd repeat it without a doubt.

A lovely place. The house, spread over three levels is great for a long season. In the lower area a fully equipped carport, social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen in which there is no missing element (including fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one double single) and a full bathroom. All clean and organized and with a nice decoration. The icing on a lovely porch with BBQ and grasshopper.... Upstairs double bedroom and attic with two twin beds. Brooch a heated salt pool that plays a lot You add to a host who turns into making things easier for you.... and you have a dream site in which a 4 day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for more time...

Friendly owners and a manicured home like a silver tacit; appropriately stocked with kitchenware, and very clean. Highly recommended.

The place was very charming, comfortable and close to places we wanted to visit. Christina was extremely friendly and helpful. We will stay here again if we visit the area in the future. Highly recommended!

The only problem was the parking, but it was well located and the conditions of the apartment are as explained, everything was very good except the parking

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

Amazing place to disconnect or visit villages of interest. A very cozy apartment with a fireplace and jacuzzi to relax. We were attended by Silvia, very friendly and for any problem she is available. Thank you for the welcome bottle of wine. We will be back!!

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.
