the house is quite close to the beach and being a 5 rests very well pq the noises of the street do not arrive. you can walk around the beach area, which is super pretty

Warm reception by Noelia and partner. Wonderful delicacies. Apartment was very clean. Good bed, lovely terrace, is in a car noisy street close to several restaurants. Noelia is always available and gives good tips. Vvv is just around the corner for all kinds of information. When we come back to Aviles, we will definitely stay here again.

Paco's place was just as it was listed, nothing hidden and nothing less. He was also kind enough to give us some tips for when to get there, even letting us know about car parks close by (which was extremely helpful).

Maite is an excellent host. The apartment is exactly as described and is very clean and well presented. The apartment has everything you need - we stayed for 3 weeks and it was perfect. It is located in the centre of Oviedo with shops, restaurants, buses all within walking distance. We will book again when we return to Oviedo.

This place is perfect! It was our home base for a couples trip to Northern Spain. The location to all the parks for hiking, to places in Oviedo, to shopping/restaurants & really to everything we needed! It was pristine clean, had the best view from the as pictured (but better) terrace, was well stocked & was bright and quiet. The hosts had amazing recommendations & were responsive and helpful. In general, the stay was very good, the person who welcomed us was very friendly and their recommendations on the routes and things to do were very accurate and good. I recommend it to spend a few quiet days away from the city

Carmen provides a home-away-from-home experience with lots of extras and a generous amount of edibles in the fridge to get started with. Unfortunately the wi-fi was down because the neighbour had damaged the cable but we easily worked around that with mobiles and wi-fi from local establishments. Thanks for making us feel welcome.

Right in the center of the old town, close to both beaches and a lot of food. Apartment was clean and spacious.

Have a nice day in surprising Gijón. From 5 high you can see the dogs on the beach, the surfers in the sea, it never gets bored. Nice city and the apartment is in a great place.

What a great stay we had in Amaya’s beautiful property. The apartment was perfect - clean, convenient, well located. Amaya is a fantastic host who met us and explained everything in the apartment and she then shared great City info. Parking underground 30 meters away was a huge bonus. The City was glorious, go dine n Sideria! Muchas gracias Amaya!

The best way to define the place is that we felt right at home. We find the apartment very clean, everything is very new, it has been a pleasure to be there to visit Asturias, and Gijón in particular.

I stayed with my wife for a few days in Maria's apartment and we had a great time. Maria is very kind and was immediately extremely helpful, also giving us many tips on things to see, activities to do and where to eat in the area. The house is very well kept, the cleanliness is excellent and the furniture is really nice, not to mention the fantastic view of the beach. We felt a lot of care from Maria for her home and her guests. The location is also great: leaving the house you are already in front of the beach and there are several bars and restaurants nearby. The garage is another big plus. When we return to Asturias, we will definitely book a stay at Maria's.

The house is very well located, close to downtown, 10 minutes walk to the port. It is fully renovated, identical to as shown in the pictures. There is a supermarket right next door, a bakery.. Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street.. I really liked it and I've been very comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with young children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park for about 7 minutes (footpath). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!
