Located close to the city center, 1 minute from a supermarket, 2 minutes from the historic center, and the center of a tourist region to discover summer and winter. Accommodation: The apartment consists of a living area with corner sofa, flat screen, coffee table an open kitchen with induction stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and any kitchen accessories. A dining table. Two double bedrooms, one in 160 and one in 140, bedroom with storage. One bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine, and independent toilet. Towels and bedsheets are provided. Wood pellet stove heating. Balconies with views of the mountains. The neighborhood : quiet residential area, passage only residents of the neighborhood. Ideal location, bakery, restaurants, market, historic center,cinema, all nearby without taking the car. Transportation: the apartment is located 10 minutes walking distance from the bus station, 3 km from the railway station of Mount Dolphin Guillestre. 20 minutes from the Vars and Risoul ski resorts or in winter free shuttles are available the area offers a wide selection of leisure activities summer and winter. Cozy, clean and healthy 38 m2 apartment located at the entrance of this charming village of Guillestre. You will therefore have nearby (between 100 and 500 meters), the post office, bakeries, supermarket, bars/tobacconists etc... Guillestre is an ideal crossroads for mountain excursions and skiing, with the resorts of Vars and Risoul 20 minutes away (shuttles possible) + Queyras/Ecrins 30 minutes away. Cosy apartment, 60m2 just next to ski slopes with surrounding view on Embrun’s valley, 7th floor and 3 balconies. Orientation South and West. Appartment is ideally located 5 minutes by foot from resort center 1650 and all commodities. During resort opening periods (winter and summer) AND school vacation periods, we prefer weekly rentals. Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
