This adorable one-bedroom first-floor unit was recently remodeled. Renters will love taking in the afternoon sun and Colorado mountain sunsets from the west-facing balcony. The Redstone condos are located near the main ski area parking lot, a short distance from the lifts. This prime location makes the Redstone condos perfect for skiing as well as summer activities on the mountain, such as mountain biking, hiking, and the free music that takes place weekly in the summers. Quaint Elk Ave house w shady garden and parking

Cozy house located in historic district of CB at quiet end of Elk Ave. Located in ideal spot right opposite Rumors coffee/book shop, close to many award winning restaurants & independent stores. Free bus to mountain only a block away. The house is quaint & cozy & has a European feel. For larger groups or longer stays there is another house (airbnb number 20882391) that rents for 30 nights or longer. A huge saving as no tax is due on rentals over 30 nights.
