Lower taxes for guests than being in town (property borders the town property). Home is pet friendly with a private fenced yard. Large deck, BBQ grill, incredible views, and lots of privacy. Home has great views, amazing outdoor space, and conveniently located next to Crested Butte.. This home is a duplex, but none of the space is shared between the two units.
