Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to the 5 stars Alpine Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

A great apartment, in which you can immediately feel comfortable. The view of the many trees invites you to relax and breathe deeply. The amenities are top notch. Spectacular location and a house that matches.. we had a lovely time, very well designed and built house, takes fully advantage of the beautiful scenery out side, highly recommended.. PS.. this applies for only during May-June ‘25 as the road in front of the house is getting repaired, it is important to note that there is only walking access to the house. This means that guests will need to carry their luggage for certain sections of the route from the parking lot.. just to provide clarity there is no option to drag your wheeled luggage to the house, it will need to be carried. Just wanted to provide this clarity as I thought this was assumed by us.. although the host had communicated to use about the access but this aspect was not clarified.

We stayed here for a week in June and truly it was one of the nicest places we've stayed. The house was lovely, with so many thoughtful touches for the guests. The scenery from the garden could not be better; it was so lovely to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. The location is great - well situated to take day trips in every direction, or just hang out and spend time on the lake. While in the house/garden we felt away from everything, but it's still an easy walk into the village for shops/restaurants/train station. Dieter was super helpful, friendly, and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay at the place in Trin, Grisons, was simply fantastic! The apartment was cozy, very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Especially the cozy fireplace provided a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere – perfect after a day in the mountains. The view of the surrounding mountains was breathtaking and made every morning a special experience. The location of the place is ideal for exploring the region's beautiful nature. The host Axel was extremely friendly and helpful, and communication went smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and highly recommend this place. Thank you very much for the wonderful time – we will be happy to come back!
