Unsere gemütliche und private Ferienwohnung liegt idyllisch am Dorfrand und bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Bushaltestelle mit Verbindungen zu den Skipisten von Flims/Laax in die eine und nach Chur in die andere Richtung, ist nur 2 bis 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung ist modern, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit viel Holz, grossen Fenstern und natürlichen Materialien, die eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schaffen.

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Cozy atmosphere for a nice get-together and best recreation. Unique indoor pool (20m) + 2 small saunas in the house. Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.

The apartment is part of a single-family home, which was completed in Dec. 2018 and has its own entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen incl. a dishwasher, as well as full equipment to prepare magical menus. A small toilet with sink and a separate shower offer every comfort you could wish for on vacation. Shuttle to the mountain railways, Laax, Falera, Fidaz, Bargis in max. 5 minutes, Caumasee is a 15-minute walk away.

This spacious apparent with balcony is located on the second floor of the B&B. It is ideal for 2-3 people. When booking for 4-5 people is another bedroom with a king size bed included in the price. The fire place in the living room brings cosiness to dull days. The fabulous roof terrace is also used from the 4 B&B rooms and also ourselves. You can also book a local breakfast (if the B&B is open).

Beautiful 2 room apartment in Flims

Nice cozy 2 room apartment in quiet yet central location. In a few minutes, you are at the Flims cable cars. The turquoise blue Caumasee also invites you to take a walk. The small but nice apartment is well equipped, so there is nothing missing. Starting December 1, 2018, a storage facility for skis and snowboards will be available for our guests directly at the Flims cable cars.

A great apartment, in which you can immediately feel comfortable. The view of the many trees invites you to relax and breathe deeply. The amenities are top notch. We had a super nice stay at Lara's little cottage in Versam. We were warmly welcomed by her father, who showed us everything and so we quickly felt at home. We had everything we needed and explored the Rhine Gorge from there. Our 2.5-year-old son also enjoyed the "Hüsli" very much, he loved climbing the stairs and the ladder. ;) Thank you Lara, we will be happy to come back!

Our stay at the place in Trin, Grisons, was simply fantastic! The apartment was cozy, very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Especially the cozy fireplace provided a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere – perfect after a day in the mountains. The view of the surrounding mountains was breathtaking and made every morning a special experience. The location of the place is ideal for exploring the region's beautiful nature. The host Axel was extremely friendly and helpful, and communication went smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and highly recommend this place. Thank you very much for the wonderful time – we will be happy to come back!
