Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce très bel appartement situé dans un chalet. Il était très bien équipé et très propre. Guillaume et son épouse sont charmants et très attentionnés. La vue du chalet est magnifique. Une adresse à retenir et à conseiller. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir…

Nous avons passé un super séjour, le jardin de l’appartement est vraiment super agréable, calme et d’une belle taille ! L’appartement est très bien agencé et suffisamment spacieux et confortable pour une famille. Sandrine nous a fourni de nombreux conseils en avance sur les restaurants, commerces et activités. L’endroit est calme et permet de rayonner facilement vers les différents points d’intérêt du lac.

Séjour parfait, l’appartement, l’emplacement nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, tout est organisé pour que nous soyons bien !

Un moment juste magnifique..Appartement avec une décoration de dingue, j'avais jamais vue cela... A refaire en été pour utiliser la terrasse.

Rien a redire ! Que ce soit sur le logement, le cadre... Le proprietaire nous a facilite notre arrivee. Pas de stress sur le timing a l arrivee, nous avons donc pu profiter pleinement de cette 1ere journee. Le logement propre avec un panorama exceptionnel ! Endroit au calme, loin de la foule du centre d Annecy. Reposant ! avec de multiples activités environnantes.. je recommande vivement... 😀

C'est très difficile de partir de cet endroit merveilleux. Merci pour cet accueil. Stacey et son mari sont adorables et très disponibles. Nous avons eu la chance aussi de goûter à ses plats qui sont divins. Dans l'appartement on se sent comme à la maison. Chaleureux et très bien équipé il n'y a rien à redire. Combloux est un havre de paix, très bien situé pour faire de nombreuses balades. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir merci !

Such a cozy welcoming home! Each day it brought us so much joy to see the amazing views and sun light provided by the big windows 🤩 Very convenient location for skiing. We are looking forward to going back next year ❤️

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Fab chalet, lovely views, well stocked kitchen with fondue and raclette machine. Walkable to Combloux centre and 5-10 mins from Combloux ski and Princess lift if St Gervais and Megeve extended area.

Emilie was a very responsive and proactive host and dealt with any issues/queries promptly and to her best ability. The chalet is renovated to a very high specification with great attention to detail. Very accurately represented by description and pictures. Accessibility might not be for everyone however, especially on icy days, but again that was made very clear by host.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Logement impeccable et conforme à la description ! Les instructions d'arrivée pourraient êtres plus synthétiques, ce serait plus simple. L'espace bien-être est très agréable, mais petit en cas de forte affluence (il est commun à beaucoup d'appartements).

Great place, just as described. The washer/dryer was broken upon arrival but they made an option for us to do our laundry elsewhere in the building as well as giving us a discounted rate on the nightly rate. The apartment was nice and quiet. Christine was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

I had the most wonderful stay with Laure! From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish — she really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to feel at home. The location was absolutely perfect — peaceful and safe, yet just minutes away from shops, cafés, and transport links. It made getting around so convenient, whether I was exploring or just relaxing. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully kept, and full of thoughtful little touches that made such a difference. It was quiet, cozy, and had such a calming energy — I genuinely looked forward to coming back every evening. Laure is an amazing host — kind, attentive, and respectful of your space. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux Arcs 1600. Le domaine skiable est immense et magnifique. Le logement proposé par Florent était impeccable, confortable, bien agencé et correspondait parfaitement au descriptif. La vue est sublime. Le livret d'accueil envoyé par notre hôte nous a été trés utile. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Dominique. Florent et Dominique sont très accueillants et réactifs. Nous reviendrons très certainement l'année prochaine.

Super appartement avec une vue vraiment imprenable..

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Bonne continuation dans votre rôle de Super Hôte soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs de passage. Françoise et Philippe
