Kuro Cottage is a peaceful family cottage, that has been recently renovated. It sits in its own beautiful garden, on a working farm, with access to the rest of the property and the Lake. The cottage is very centrally situated, close to lots of activities. Kuro is suitable for family stays, birders watchers and people that like the outdoors.

Beautiful and clean accommodation. Victoria was prompt with her communication throughout our stay. We stayed 3D2N with our family who visited from Singapore as well as two young kids 1 month old and 3 years and we had a good time relaxing. masseuse and chef recommended by Victoria were very good too. It Would be even better if there is a toddler friendly playground to keep the little ones entertained. We can’t wait to be back and stay at the newer house!

We were a friend group of 6 and stayed 2 nights at Zambarao house. It was absolutely peaceful, relaxing clean and the perfect get away for the weekend. We played board games (they have 50/50) and read read books on the terrace, just a perfect uncomplicated weekend away from Nairobi. I would go back again.

I wanted to get away from the city and this was the perfect spot for a quiet and private getaway. I appreciated the comfortable bed and waking up to the sound of the river and the birds. I really liked the outdoor tub and the quick walk down to the river. Kevin was responsive and gave clear instructions, and other staff members at the property were very nice and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this place and I see myself coming back.
