Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Creede

Very nice and right in town. Easy to walk to things and easy to drive to outdoor adventures. Benjamin was very kind and let us check in early so I could get ready for my cousins wedding.

Felt right at home, all the comforts right where they counted! Washer & dryer, well outfitted kitchen, comfortable beds & linens, great shower, comfortable living area! Great walkable area right downtown. Thanks for a great stay!

Very comfy and spacious condo! We had everything we needed for a few nights, and we loved the angling decor. There is a grocery store, several restaurants (all delicious) and a gas station within walking distance. Hope to stay here again next time we’re in Creede.

I enjoyed the location very much. Just on the edge of downtown. A quick walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and shopping were very convenient. I especially loved the vibe of the cabin. Very relaxing. And all of the soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and candles were my favorite scents. So this made the cabin very relaxing to me.

Perfect for a quick overnight. The apartment had everything described and was appreciated. I loved being right next door to food and drink. How handy. Be ready for a one story stairwell to the apartment.

Ben has designed and built a 2025 backcountry living environment for the 3 separate cabins and one home . All very private but this would be a great spot for a family reunion ! His creativity & hard work is apparent . Easily available by text if needed. Inside of my cabin was so colorful and eclectic. Dinner table in front patio perfect for sunset . Kitchen is well appointed , has basic spices , foil , plastic wrap and refrigerator is standard size with great freezer . I’ll be back & pack more food for a longer stay . Nice grilling area for all basecamp guests to share, but cabins still private . The wood burning stove was a plus which I enjoyed on a cool early June night .

We came to Lake City for my husbands 50 mile race called the San Juan Solstice. This location was Perfect for us runners. The start line was literally blocks away, so we could walk there. You can walk into the downtown area to eat as well. Beds are comfortable and there is a pull out sofa which was great. I’d definitely recommend this place. I also own and run my Airbnb and this host was wonderful. Thank You Brittney. 5 stars

Great place and great host! Beautiful cabin with lots of space. Fyi the August Home Yale Lock app wasn't working so she had to program us out own lock code (I texted and she answered immediately). There was no kitchen sink scrubber so we used a washcloth to wash our used dishes, which worked just fine and seemed more sanitary. Everything was clean and in good working order!

We LOVED our stay here! The house is so lovely! The handcrafted furniture is beautiful (the island is even more gorgeous in person!), the house was spotless when we arrived , and we appreciated how the kitchen had everything we could possibly need to cook meals. There are other thoughtful things like pillows in extra soft and firm so you can pick your preference! The house is convenient to everything - restaurants , grocery store, EV charging, and the expansive views of the valley and mountains. Elizabeth is a wonderful host - she responded immediately each time with such helpful recommendations and she and her husband even came and shoveled the snow! This is a special spot and we can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

This is cozy very comfortable place. The house was very clean and well set up. It is in a pretty quiet neighborhood. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dakota House. It is thoughtfully layed out and equipped with everything a renter would need. Katy was easy to communicate with! We spent the week skiing and driving around the surrounding areas. South Fork is limited in amenities, but the quick 23 minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area was great! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Much better deal than hotels nearby. The place was impressively clean upon arrival and host gave clear instructions on how to find the building.

We had a wonderful stay! Awesome cabin that comfortably hosted four adults and three kids. Great location just a few minutes from downtown Pagosa Springs, and only 20min from skiing kept us close to everything while having a very quiet & peaceful setting. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be looking into staying here on our next visit!

A great place to stay! Nice and close to town, spacious, hot tub. Great host. The only thing I would note is that this BNB sleeps 6, if those 6 people are interested in sharing 3 beds. Just a heads up!

Great place and great location!

Very responsive management team for this location. only downfall was that the private river access was not clearly labeled and HOA had not maintained cutting of grass to be able to easily access the areas. I understand this fall on the HOA not the host or management team. Otherwise, our stay was absolutely amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was a perfect size and the king bed was so comfortable. It was so great being able to sit out back and just watch the water from the porch. I definitely recommend Beau's home. Beau was very responsive and was very helpful. Thank you again.

We truly enjoyed our stay in South Fork! The kids loved being on the river! Condo/apartment was clean and smelled clean, which we appreciated knowing they allow pets. The only “complaint” we have is that it was hot inside (80°) at 10pm when we were trying to go to bed/sleep. A couple suggestions for summer guests: screens on all windows (some were missing/damaged, so we couldn’t open those windows for outside air (being on the river is buggy), and fans, not just ceiling fans! We were in an upper unit, so we think it could have just been “warm air rising”, but more air flow options would have been better.

We had a nice week long vacation in South Fork. The rental was the perfect location for us to enjoy some great fishing, hiking and golf. We did have trouble getting in initially due to a door from the garage to the home being locked and it took nearly an hour to get a response from the managing company. Luckily we found a back patio door unlocked and were able to gain access that way. Other than that, the home was such a nice place for our family! It was spacious and comfortable and we would definitely rebook in the future!

Nice place to stay on the river! We enjoyed it & it was a great central location for the activities we wanted to do.

Not like being on a photo excursion from Crested Butte to Lake City but was more like being at home. I might just have to consider basing out of here in the fall as there are a lot of opportunities.
