Enjoy your stay in this cozy, bright one-room suite. The space features one full-sized bed along with a pull-out couch. A well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals. Property is surrounded by nature with Bright Angel Park right outside the back gate. Take your morning coffee, stroll along the trails and be at the river within minutes. A barn on the property is home to numerous chickens, giant bunnies, and two inquisitive emus. Enjoy a memorable vacation in this beautiful setting!

Our renovated (in June 2023) suite is at the end of a no-through road and is only a 5-10 minute walk into the village to a fabulous, organic craft bakery, artisan shops, restaurants, a museum, a pub, a small grocery/liquor store and a popular ice cream/candy store. (Seasonal) kayak/paddle-board rentals & whale watching excursions for hire. Cowichan District Hospital 15 min drive.

This cozy Studio offers stunning views and is complete with a kitchenette, full-piece bathroom and a hot tub. Suite has its own private entrance. Kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, induction stove top, convection oven/microwave/air fryer. Coffee and tea are provided. Please note: Driveway is sloped, with set of stairs to Guest Suite.

We are a 15 minute walk from the ever-quaint Shawnigan Village, and Government Dock, where you can take in a scenic walk along our gorgeous lake. The cottage is approximately 2km from Beaver Pt Hall, 5km from Ruckle Provincial Park, 10 minutes to Fulford Harbour, and 20 minutes to Ganges. We are within walking distance to several beach accesses, Canada Conservancy forest, and a beautiful First Nations Reserve. The beaches are launch points for nearby Russell and Portland Islands in the Gulf Island National Marine Parks.
