A beautiful house within walking distance of Barbizon village. The garden was pristine and a wonderful spot for breakfast. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, and the house had lovely nooks for relaxing with a book. Helen was very responsive and the guide left at the house included all the necessary information. We hope to return.

A very beautiful family farmhouse in the countryside, in a quiet area, 15 minutes from Sens. Full of charm and very well maintained, it is a true haven of peace with family and/or friends. Plethoric and quality equipment, very large swimming pool, terrace in the shade in front of the house and overlooking the swimming pool. Responsive and thoughtful host. Very nice host and wife. the cottage was equipped with all comforts and we enjoyed the swimming pool and the jaquzzi enormously. An oasis of peace. The garden is amazing and well maintained. We were allowed to taste cherries from the cherry trees. We were in transit, but a second night would have been very nice. We hope to come back sometime.

When we arrived back at the Gîte de La Gervaise after our beautiful bike trip along the Loire, it was almost like arriving home. We enjoyed the two days there in the best weather in peace. Once again, thank you very much. Sylvia and Luc for the great hospitality and especially for the opportunity to safely park our car on the farm during our 10-day bike trip. If we go on holiday in the region again, Gîte de La Gervaise is the first place we'll go.

Quiet place. Laurence is very nice. The city of Sens is a 10-minute drive.

A charming little house, we spent 2 pleasant nights there with our children. The subdivision is a little surprising (many empty houses), it is quiet and relaxing.

We were greeted with great kindness by Patrick, a host who was both friendly and attentive. The cottage, truly charming, is comfortable, perfectly maintained and very well equipped. The provision of a boat, a canoe, a pedal boat, a foosball table, bicycles and many other amenities adds real added value to the stay and fully contributes to the quality of the experience. We were able to enjoy our family weekend in a peaceful and pleasant setting. We sincerely thank Patrick for his hospitality and recommend this place without hesitation.

Quiet little studio, I would recommend it.

There were 5 of us and it was perfect. Each had their own sleeping and bathing area. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room cozy and the terrace quiet and inviting to relax. Everything was clean. There was nothing to complain about. We highly recommend it.

Accommodation with a lot of charm and very kind hosts. Everything was perfect!

We had a lovely stay at Marie and Hanno's house. The house had a nice authentic ambiance and was so quiet and peaceful :) We checked in later than expected, but that wasn't a problem for Marie and Hanno who waited to show us around even late at night. The house was bigger than expected, with a lovely garden and a nice equipped kitchen and bathroom, and enough space to park your car. We got some complementary (Belgian ;)) beers in the fridge, which was very nice! Just one minor improvement: not all guests wash their dishes as well (apparently), which made some of the dishes in the cabinet really dirty. This also caused the downstairs floor to smell a bit funky unfortunately. The bed was also a bit small, but definitely not a big problem for us - just good to know! The area was beautiful and quiet, with a bakery a couple of minutes away. Tip: visit Provins while you're there, it's definitely the prettiest village around!

We had a very pleasant stay (3 nights) for 7 people (5 adults and 2 teenagers) The house is large enough for 8 people, We really appreciated the 2 separate bedroom spaces on each side of the living room (we were a group of friends with a family and 3 adults). The configuration is ideal for separating 2 families, for example, Parking in the garden in front of the house is easy and spacious (we had 2 SUVs), it is an essential criterion in our research for weekends with friends, The accommodation met 100% of our criteria, I highly recommend this accommodation,

We had a great stay at Philippe and Jennifer's. They are very kind, discreet and attentive hosts. We had a great welcome from Philippe, with gourmet welcome gifts. The house is cozy, tastefully decorated and has everything you need and more. The bedding is of good quality. We took advantage of the huge garden to "laze around" and rest. And discover the region, the cottage being well located. We have access to a wealth of documentation, so we don't miss anything essential. . Thank you Philippe and Jennifer and good luck.
