Absolutely gorgeous property, nestled in its own woodland. The garden was carpeted in bluebells during our mid-April stay. A wonderful sanctuary.

spacious, functional and quiet, it is only the hot tub that does not work too much, it's a shame because we had booked here for this criteria.. The owner was sorry which allows us to accept better and leave 5 stars because otherwise everything is fine.

The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 to 5 people, easy to access thanks to a key box. The kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped, all appliances and utensils are available, as well as paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, bathrobes... there is even a small first aid kit with bandages, disinfectant, etc. There is also coffee, tea, powdered chocolate, water, milk... Bernadette thought of everything! The spa is a real plus, nothing better after a long 5-hour drive! I highly recommend this accommodation and will return without hesitation for my next stay in Burgundy.

We had a lovely weekend! Clément was a very friendly host and attentive to us. The hot tub is a good plus! We will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

We were a family of six that had just arrived at CDG Airport from both US coasts. We were tired and jet lagged. We got to Catherine's house and felt immediately at home and comfortable. It was a PERFECT landing and resting spot for tired travelers. It is so charming. the layout really worked for us. The surrounding area made for a peaceful walk in the nearby forest. The house met our needs in every possible way!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Fernanda and Carlos’s home. They were extremely welcoming upon our arrival, and we enjoyed talking with and getting to know them! The house itself is bright and spacious, and my family enjoyed the views of the garden from the bedrooms and main living area. The property is incredible. We loved exploring the apple and pear orchards, tomato garden, forest, and fish ponds. Most mornings and evenings we saw deer in the yard. Our last morning we saw a buck and a doe at the pond in front of the patio. We also liked wandering near the large pond in the back and watching the fish. Over all, my family and I truly enjoyed our time at Carlos and Fernanda’s home, and are thankful we spent time there.

Thank you to Marie and her husband for this stay, we had a great weekend and the location allows you to visit the surroundings without having to do a lot of miles. Marie and her husband made us feel extremely welcome and we highly recommend booking with them.

We had a lovely stay at Pascal's. The fenced garden was perfect for the children and our dog, and we really enjoyed eating outside under the fig tree. There was enough room for both our families. The house is well located for visiting the surrounding villages. We'd love to come back.

Very cute picturesque village house!

We had a great weekend in Bruno and Laurence's beautiful home. We were wonderfully welcomed by our hosts who were always available and very responsive. In addition, we were able to enjoy the superb gardens and the shaded terrace, as well as the fruits and vegetables to be enjoyed directly on site. Our dog also really enjoyed the place. We'll definitely be back.

An incredible place to escape the hustle and bustle of Paris, just 30 minutes by train. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by forests and lakes, and the house perfectly matches our expectations. Julie is very kind and always ready to help. We would happily stay there again! :)

We had a great time at Moulin de Presly, Virginie welcomed us with great kindness and simplicity. Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed the tranquility of the place - a real break in time, with the ponds and geese adding to the change of scenery - the accommodation is very clean and cozy... Our little boy also greatly appreciated the presence of toys! We will be happy to come back to be able to enjoy the place longer and fully! Thank you so much to Virginia!

What an excellent weekend we spent in Sophie and her family's house!!! It is much more than an impersonal rental, as the house is pretty, cozy, lively and warm with all the signs of the life of a family and children to whom this roof must be missed... The house is enveloped in beautiful wisteria, bordered by rose bushes and hollyhocks, and overlooks a vast orchard garden, with cherry, apple, walnut... The house is well equipped for cooking and dining with friends, sleeping comfortably, reading and resting, and laughing during the long summer evenings without disturbing the neighborhood. Communication with hosts is smooth and without a hitch. Will be back!!!

Very nice New Year's Eve in the warm atmosphere of this house, including its large living/dining room and pleasant Lights. The other side of the table has chairs.

We had such a wonderful stay with a group of friends. The house was super peaceful, & surrounded by nature - we loved watching the swallows all day & listening to the owls at night. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and a great location for morning runs to the bakery in Larchant & nearby climbing crags.
