I really enjoyed my 4 week stay in Lëo’s grande appartement. Very attractive, spacious and full of historic character but also having all necessary mod cons. The only drawback was the five flights of steps to the third floor, especially with heavy luggage. We stayed in Agde for 3 nights and had a great stay at the property! The views and surroundings are beautiful. There are many apartments on the promenade, but you can still find a quiet place on the beach. The bus is only 3 minutes away on foot. The apartment is very lovingly furnished - we felt immediately comfortable. Caroline and Benoit sent us a very clear and professional guide in advance, which included everything from check-in to recommendations for activities. So we were able to prepare for the stay. We'll be back.

It was our second stay in this apartment, which probably seats more than anything! On our last trip, we recommended the addition of a microwave and, voila, there it was this trip! The apartment is on the Main Street of the Eccusson neighborhood, so there is always good people watching, and everything from the supermarket to great restaurants and tram and train lines is within an easy walk. We love David’s place!

The location is perfect, the layout is practical and functional; you feel at home in this apartment with a sublime view! A little extra for the "private beach" in the morning when there is no one and the fireworks that we could see from the balcony, magical! Be careful, you might not want to leave, just like us!

I enjoyed my stay at this centrally located apartment in Montpellier. Karim was very friendly and quick to respond, making communication easy. The bedroom is wonderfully protected from both sunlight and street noise, so I slept very well. In the bedroom, I noticed some soft, intermittent indoor sounds (perhaps from ventilation or a neighbour’s boiler), but they were minor. Even though I am very noise sensitive, a simple pair of earplugs made it not an issue, and I would happily stay here again.

We had a lovely stay in this well located apartment. The bed was comfortable, cooking facilities met our needs, and the space was relaxing. As others have noted, the toilet room is not for the long legged!

The apartment was excellent. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Well appointed, large rooms with high ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen. In the heart of the center city, many restaurants right outside the door and walkable to many more. While it is a busy street with the restaurants, it is quiet in the apartment thanks to new windows. As the description says, just know that the apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator. It was not a problem for us.

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment. Stand outs for me were the air conditioning (very much appreciated in this hot weather) and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. (“Emma” mattress and 100% cotton bed linen). It was worth the 2 storey climb to walk into this space. Also I have to mention that when I had trouble with the apartment door lock (my fault, I didn’t pull it tight closed) the host was with me within 20 minutes, showing me how to do it! Couldn’t ask for better service! Just fab!

The flat is lovely and very clean with an amazing terrace (loved the view!). The beddings are very good quality (I slept very well, which is rare when not in mine). Little shop near by which is very convenient. We also found a lovely restaurant, a part of that the town missed additional little shops (clothes, souvenirs, decoration).

Very good stay and very good apartment, everything was great, nothing to say. Thanks to our host.

Anais and Jonathan's accommodation was nice for a short weekend, close to the beach and shops. The pool is shared but we enjoyed it when we returned from the beach there was no one. Great, I recommend Jonathan, he was accommodating with our slightly delayed departure schedule. Thank you 😉

My husband and I spent a night, everything is in accordance with the photo, small rose petal on the bed, nice touch 😍 The jacuzzi is the real plus of the accommodation and small private terrace. Thank you for your hospitality, we will be back 👌
