The house is supernice, the garden and pool is beautiful and Isabelle and her husband is a delight. The couple are very friendly and answers quickly any questions. It felt like meeting family 😊 We didn’t know that the downstairs of the house would be rented out to others until we got there. It is not very soundproof between the floors. Still it is quite private outside. We traveled two friends with our 6 kids and the house was spacious for all of us. Some felt the mattresses were too hard, but that is a matter of opinion. They even gave us two extra mattresses we could put on the floor to make room for 3 in two of the rooms. The pool area is very nice and was used extensively 😄 There where plenty of towels in the bathrooms to use in the house and by the pool. We were well taken care of. The small town is sweet and have some restaurants and a shop, but it’s good to have a car if you’re going somewhere else. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again 🤩

We had a wonderful stay at the casa. The house and its exteriors are even more pleasant than in the photos, the details are very neat, it feels like home. The pool is fabulous! An outdoor shower is available, which is perfect for hygiene. We are a 5-minute drive from the beach, 5 minutes from the center of Vias, 15-20 minutes from Cap d'Agde (bikes are also available). Melanie was very responsive and available. You can feel through the decoration of the house and in the exchanges that the hosts are open and caring. A welcome booklet was waiting for us when we arrived with a lot of advice and special touches (candies, hair ties, drinks). We were a family of 6 and everyone was able to find their place and have their space, we recommend 100% the accommodation that appealed to young and old.

Successful family weekend thanks to Chrystelle and Benoît's house, which has everything you need for a relaxing family weekend: swimming pools, petanque court, ping pong table... The accommodation is impeccable, clean, well arranged and comfortable so that everyone has their own space. Chrystelle and Benoît are extremely welcoming and accommodating for schedules. Excellent villa , great hosts and good communication. Great way to celebrate family birthdays . The villa was just like the photos advertised . Extremely clean and well stocked . Only small disappointment not many local restaurants that are walkable to eat in the evenings .

For a residential setting it was peaceful day and night. The house was so well equipped for relaxing, reading, cooking, swimming, yoga - we slept so well and had a wonderful 10 days. In a great location to visit other cities from and so close to the beach - we had a car which is essential to get about to see everything from city centre to beach and night life.

Clean villa in a peaceful setting! The 2 suites on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, which is less qualitative on the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Note: with small children, be aware that the pool protection curtain is not functional. Very good interaction with the owners. Friendly and relaxing hospitality. The rental is very well thought out. The setting is peaceful. Everything is perfect. The petanque court is a well-equipped place. The children really liked the little turtles. I highly recommend this easy-to-use accommodation. Several places to share meals. A 2.65m high motorhome passes just under the carport. And what about the pool. Relaxing place. The lights are solar so autonomous. Bike rides are to be considered because the village is on a small winding road in the woods. Congratulations to the owners for creating a great friendly B&B.

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! Very nice, pleasant, pretty house... We were 4 couples and we had plenty of room. Very flowery garden. With the chickens we had fresh eggs, a treat. Thank you, thank you for this pleasant house with pool and thank you for your welcome wine which was unanimously appreciated.
