While traveling for a conference in Niort, we stayed 5 days in Fabien's Airbnb. A small haven of peace where we were able to enjoy the pool and the terrace in the evening. The accommodation is spacious and pleasant, 20 minutes from Niort. Fabien is very welcoming and responsive to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend it

Charming house, very atypical! Corinne was welcoming and attentive. We were lucky to have good weather, and were able to enjoy the terrace (smaller indoor space for meals). The four bedrooms are very spacious.

Very nice week with family at Manoir Souhait. The cottage is exactly as shown in the photos and described. Very nice pool and hot tub. Numerous deckchairs and impeccable. Everything is neat, you feel very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the foosball and ping pong. The village is very quiet and pretty. Shops are 10 minutes by car. The area is beautiful in the July sun. Geocaching trail (Terra Aventura) with family in Cognac, Aulnay, La Touche de Périgny, St Jean d'Angely - discovering old stones, beautiful Romanesque churches and rivers. Visit to wineries and vineyards (we particularly recommend the Dhiersat house in Rouillac). We recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation, family rest. Highly recommended!

Julie is a remarkable host in terms of her hospitality, kindness and availability. She always has a smile on her face. The house is very clean, impeccable bedding and many accessories in the kitchen The place is quiet, the pool is large enough to guarantee nice swims The hot tub and petanque court add a pluses to this rental I highly recommend this place. It is about 2 hours from the ocean, 1.5 hours from the Poitevin marsh.

It was a really nice week in the gîte rosiers. We enjoyed very much the nice surroundings and fun activities nearby. Super friendly hosts, they were always ready for us for help, fun tips and a chat here and there. It is definitely recommended!!

Linda is a very welcoming and very friendly host, who welcomes you with a big smile! Very available and discreet at the same time, we really had a great time! The little restaurants in the area are great and very affordable! The most pleasant thing is to be able to take walks along the canal in the shade, it's very quiet and relaxing. Amanda and Robin were great hosts and the gite was gorgeous. We loved the quiet surroundings and a quick drive to a couple of great restaurants. Our 2 little dogs were made very welcome and enjoyed the secure garden. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting. Lovely stay, especially being invited to the tango evening. Beautiful accommodation, authentic, no fuss, everything is planned for a pleasant stay. Lots of attention for children with board games for all ages, costumes, outdoor games. 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 50 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne.... We appreciate the basic necessities to be immediately comfortable (laundry, soap, groceries, enough to have lunch...) as well as the beds made. We also appreciate the possibility of going to see the animals, picking a strawberry or collecting an egg... Excellent value for money!!!

The Domaine de Loups has been one of the most special places we have ever stayed. The estate and river valley are a hidden gem in the agricultural landscape. The owners are welcoming and generous and you have freedom to explore the entire estate including using the boat to travel up the river. We loved watching a family of six kestrels in nearby trees. The property was spotlessly clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very beautiful house. Very nice! There is a lot in the kitchen and Melanie is right next door if needed! Melanie has prepared a book with all the activities / info to have that is very well done! A country home! The garden is perfectly enclosed, it was perfect with our dogs!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the farmhouse, at La Blatiere. If you want to be off the beaten track in a very pretty and relaxing location, this is ideal, whilst there are also plenty of places to visit within an hour or so. The pool was also a big plus, which we used every day. The roads are very quiet with no traffic. We visited local places and also had chilled days 'on site' so the pool, the bikes to borrow and the games room were fun additions to have. The accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped. Our stay at Kathryn, Mark and Otis's was perfect. A magical, peaceful place where you can recharge and where you can feel at home. Extremely well-equipped, we were as good as at home. The amenities are complete. And the many activities offered were perfect, kayaking, boating, children's pool, fishing, picnic… and the environment is beautiful and very rejuvenating. A very big thank you to you for sharing this beautiful corner of paradise with our family. We'll be happy to go back.

Very good stay. The environment of the cottage and the land that surrounds it are very pleasant: large spaces appreciated by our son! The cottage is as described, clean and well-equipped. Only downside: the bathroom is small. The welcome was warm and easy to organize. We'll be back without hesitation!!

If you are looking for a quiet place, full of charm and surrounded by nature, Benoît and Mélanie's house is the perfect place to stay! It is tastefully decorated and the bedding is perfect (we slept like logs). Although very discreet, our hosts were very responsive when needed. The kitchen (although very nice) is not super functional for large preparations. The system that controls the velux window in one of the rooms is very, very delicate. It cost us €200 on our guarantee (for a single piloting error). So you have to be very careful.

This is a totally beautiful gitte that is even better in the flesh than the photo's. A super tasteful space with everything you need. Nice and private with a delightful courtyard for eating or sitting in the sun. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim but the pool area was so pretty. It was so relaxing.. Its very near for many coastal places to visit, Royan being our favourite with its amazing architecture. The host Pierric was very charming and helpful and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place and hopefully will return at some point.
