We spent a weekend in this accommodation with friends (there were 6 of us). It was in accordance with the photos and in very good condition. The instructions were very clear with a well-explained arrival. The accommodation is functional, quiet and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. It is very well placed to discover the city on foot. I highly recommend it ☀️

Chantal and her husband are an extremely welcoming, very friendly couple. They enjoy interacting with their tenants and are very good at giving advice. Their studio is very well designed and pleasant, and Chantal does everything possible to make the stay as good as possible. We had a great time at Marie-Laure's, a beautiful apartment with all the comforts and ideally located for reaching the pedestrian streets of La Rochelle. A special mention for the very secure and comfortable parking location 2 steps from the accommodation! I would obviously recommend it.

The apartment is very clean and very well-equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet! We only stayed one night but it totally matched our expectations.

A haven of peace close to everything, shops, beaches, bike paths. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The Chai is very comfortable and you feel at home, everything is there to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The ideal outdoor space for meals or just lounging and enjoying. The plus: the large garage or car and bicycles are sheltered. A big thank you to Nicolas from the Concierge for his availability and welcome, not to mention the very appreciable welcome gift We will rest our suitcases with great pleasure soon, that's for sure

Very nice accommodation, well designed , beautiful space . Terrace and this beautiful super nice veranda. Only negative point and maybe need to be specified is the fact that there is no tv . Because we were with elderly people and indeed if the day we were active in the evening we would have appreciated and them especially the tv . Maybe plan for extra availability a little bit just in unhealthy weather . Each bedroom with its super nice bathroom as well as toilet .

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

Great stay!! We highly recommend the accommodation for its location, activities and 100m from the port!! Our host was great and explained the surroundings to us very well. And the most, parking! We will come back without hesitation:)
