We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Interior features are open, uncluttered, and incredibly comfortable, with quality at the forefront of our minds in this space.

We're out in the country but just over a 15-minute drive from downtown Asheville, Biltmore, Hendersonville, Asheville Airport, and dozens of breweries.

The Wallace House is a lovingly restored farmhouse that now offers guest stays as part of Saint Paul Farms properties. Adjacent to the farmhouse are orchards, a cidery, a vineyard and tasting room. Originally built in the 1800's, the Wallace house was completely renovated in 2019 to preserve historical integrity while offering modern amenities and conveniences. The living room has a T.V., fireplace, and dining area, and the bedroom has a bed, closet, and dresser. A private bathroom is included. Our beautiful yard has a goldfish pond, and lounge chairs. In the morning we provide a self-serve breakfast of toast, cereal, fruit, coffee and tea. Your suite has a microwave, toaster, and refrigerator, and a private entrance.
