Very helpful, beautiful location, peaceful, had a wonderful stay, didn’t want for anything. Lovely food in the surrounding pubs. Thank you for a great stay.

Great value option if you need to get into Oxford on the train. Pub on your doorstep and good local walks. Going outside to access the bathroom takes some getting used to and the need to plan ahead before going up to bed. Lovely garden with stunning views from the bedroom. Headroom in the bathroom is limited.

Sheila was a great host! The studio is wonderful for a weekend getaway in the country. The place is quiet and has a beautiful setting, yet the town is really closeby if one fancies a nice outing at a restaurant. Highly recommended!

We spent several days at Julia’s Lodge and cannot speak highly enough of her delightful conversion. It was spacious and comfortable with beautiful decor and well chosen furniture. The kitchen was well equipped with added extras like tea/coffee/condiments/olive oil and lovely touches like a fresh posy of roses from the garden, dish of chocolates and a bottle of wine in the fridge! There were even some toiletries in the bathroom. Julia was a most helpful, accommodating host and fully deserves her ’Superhost’ title. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at Helena's. The space was fantastic, very clean and well stocked, and in a beautiful setting - both in the grounds of the house and the village. It was really convenient to get to Oxford both on the train and driving. There are plenty of pubs to choose from and a Co-op a short walk away. I can highly recommend staying at Helena's and hope to return again soon!

This was perfect for what I wanted; peaceful, private and in the most stunning countryside. June was very friendly and helpful and checking in and out was simple and easy. Definitely recommend!

Amazing stay! The hut was exactly like the photos and just as described The thoughtful touches Prosecco milk cake hot chocolate and chocolate were lovely and really made us feel at home The hut was well appointed and everything had been well thought through and we did not want for anything The fact the washing up was done for you again added to the experience! The hot tub and view were beautiful and we were so lucky with the weather we made full use of the outdoor space Great recommendations on walks and places to eat! Excellent accommodation and location, we had a very pleasant stay. Hosts were very friendly and approachable, Chestnut Barn was very well layout, charming and homely. The bottle of wine, Bath Soft Cheese, and the breakfast Crossants were lovely and greatly appreciated. We visited Bath, Bristol and went to the Bath soft cheese farm for lunch. All very enjoyable, and well worth seeing, met up with family at local pub, and had an excellent stay. We look forward to visiting again. Many thanks Colin and Julie xx

The most perfect little escape, couldn't fault a single thing and would love to return some day! Literally everything we needed it to be and more. What a beautiful place to stay for a girls weekend! We wanted a quiet, peaceful getaway and Becky's Airbnb provided just that. We had a little drive into Bristol, which didn't take long at all but spent the majority of the time in the hot tub or chatting away on the deck as it was so lovely. Would highly recommend!

What a lovely place to stay. Simon met us on arrival and showed us around also giving us some tips on the local area with Blenheim Palace only an hour away and also Diddly Squat is 30 minutes or so away but was mobbed. Very unexpected welcoming pack of milk, biscuits and croissants were in our accommodation and the bed was so big and comfortable that we slept very well. All in all beautiful place with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would recommend and if we were back this way would definitely stay here again. Gary & Michelle

What a brilliant little bolthole. Beautifully designed and excellent comms from the lovely family who own it. A short walk into Malmesbury where there and local shops and a few pubs to choose from. Also - perfect for going to a gig at Westonbirt Arboretum.

Viktoria’s place is a little gem of a find. We stayed as we had booked a anniversary meal at The Farmers Dog pub, which was only a five minute drive away!! Also Buford village is a 10 minute walk away! And the beautiful Buford garden centre near by! Would highly recommend staying, especially having the hot tub in the private garden area was a big plus which we used in the evening to relax after our busy day! We had a lovely stay at April Cottage. The Cottage was spotlessly clean, great facilities and even some surprise snacks. The Hot tub was really warm and a great relief after hiking. Location is great, close to The Pheasant pub where we had dinner and a few drinks. Thank you for a lovely Bank Holiday mini break.

I’ve only given five stars because six weren’t an available option. I’ve written a review before and the Gardener’s Pavilion is as perfect as ever. The hills are still hilly and even though it rained on us when we were walking it was still a fantastic break. In fact getting lost on the hills in the rain and having to double back made me happier than it should have done. Late lunch at the Faun Wine Bar or ham egg and chips at the Nags Head is the perfect way to recover. Then back to TGP for the small selection of King Charles provisions left for us by Charlotte. In fact there was so much I suspect the King delivered them himself. This is the problem asking a stream of consciousness writer to write a review, I do tend to prattle on. In summary, it’s perfect, do yourself a favour and go. Next review I’ll start with that!

Great communication beforehand so we knew exactly what to expect. Good directions on the listing so it was easy find. As we are new to staying at Airbnb’s we were unsure what to expect, so our questions were answered very promptly. We received a warm welcome upon arrival. The accommodation was clean and tidy, everything provided, so all we needed was our own clothes and food. On the whole we really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Cotswolds.

Julie and John's cottage is a lovely place to stay. It was tidy and clean and far more spacious than we were expecting. Bromham is an ideal base for trips out to the surrounding areas . The greyhound pub, which serves excellent food is a 2 minute walk. Although we had to cut our trip short by a day due to family reasons, we would highly recommend staying at Julie and John's and would have no hesitation in returning.

A dream of a garden house with daily visits by squirrels, foxes and birds..I loved every bit of it! Thanks Brenda & Manolo for being perfect hosts!

A lovely peaceful place to stay. Great location, surrounded by nature, including friendly sheep! Host spent time with us to explain the location, property and sheep! The weather was amazing, rather hot but fan provided. Lovely touches including essentials in the fridge. Would highly recommend x

We had a very happy two night stay here. The Lodge was equipped to a high standard (in particular, super-comfortable beds with luxurious linen, great bathrooms and kitchen) along with a feeling of being in a delightful home. The garden was beautiful - a lovely spot for a G&T and extremely peaceful. We met Chris and his family briefly and they were very friendly and hospitable, on hand to help, but not at all intrusive. We would like to return another time for a longer visit.
