Holiday rentals with lake access in Cotswold District

Absolutely loved Shirley’s place. So much so, we wanted to stay. Was beautiful and immaculately clean. Friendly and super clear instructions. Definitely be back

Stayed for 3 nights for a get together with old friends. Weather was lovely and so we sat straight by the lake with a beer and spit of fishing. The views are fantastic and the surroundings are beautiful. Inside the place was spotless with lots of Room even with 5 of us inside. All the amenities we required were on hand. Good WiFi meant we were all able to communicate without any issues. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Pure bliss! Walked over to the old boat house for a meal and drinks and then also walked to the Eliot arms for another great meal out. Didn’t want it to end. Would highly recommend this to either a family or group of friends. Awesome!

Great property with the most beautiful views. Property was as described and exactly like the pictures. We had a few questions whilst staying there and Tricia was very responsive and helpful.

We had a lovely stay at the Cotswolds retreat! All the rooms were spacious and the view onto the lake was lovely and peaceful. We struggled to change the heating in our rooms which meant without the fans provided we would have been too warm but that's probably our own fault and not the property itself. The only issue was the light from the bathroom in the main room was shining through in the early hours of the morning due to there being no blinds in the bathroom.

Absolutely perfect page to stay with friends. We celebrated a chilled weekend in here and it was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this place more if it tried, definitely worth a visit. We will most definitely be returning again. Thank you for hosting us

Can't speak highly enough about the experience of staying in Sarah & Stuart's lovely house, which is very well located , in superb condition with excellent amenities. Sarah was incredibly helpful throughout - both prior to check in, during our stay and after. She was very responsive and always on hand for questions. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 children and the house was perfect and we hope to be back. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The lodge is in a really quiet location overlooking the lake. Watching the goslings whilst having breakfast was so lovely. The lodge is as described and everything was clean and welcoming. Would stay again. Frannie is a great host, with excellent communication.

Lovely, peaceful annexe in a charming village—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located between Bath and Bristol. Great value and a welcoming host. Highly recommend!

The flat is beautiful stairs quite steep lovely bedroom and lounge. It’s a three minute walk to the perch an amazing pub with garden and great food. It’s half an hour river walk to the trout another amazing pub with views. The walk to Oxford is half an hour across fields and along the river. Easy walk and beautiful. There is a Waitrose few minutes drive away. The welcome back was lovely. The hosts so lovely . The garden beautiful. This is our second visit and will not be our last.

We booked Glyme Flat as we were working in the local area for a couple of days. What a lovely place to wind down after a days work! The instructions to find the place & check in where especially useful as it is very off the beaten track. Make sure you've got them downloaded as there really isn't much signal there! Lovely stay at Willow Warbler. The estate is beautiful & maintained to a high standard. Very peaceful. The apartment had everything we needed including extra touches like milk, travel cot, washing machine & dishwasher tablets, plenty of cooking equipment, tea bags, oil for cooking etc. There is a nice restaurant & pool on site. We didn’t use the gym as the opening hours weren’t early enough (10-5 so we were out for the day). We travelled with a 9 month old but there looked to be lots of things for older children such as soft play, water sports & play ground. Lots of bird watching to be done. Jane was very good at communicating with us & checking everything was ok. We used the apartment as a base to go out for the day such as to Oxford & Bourton but the apartment is very comfortable if you prefer chilling. Would recommend if you are looking for a quiet relaxed break.

It was a pleasure staying at the Peaky Blinders suite, we would love to stay there again if we come to Birmingham!

A fantastic, cosy place in a beautiful location. Kinvara is a perfect host, helpful and responsive and kindly left us a delicious cake. We enjoyed our stay, lots of great walks and pubs in the area.

We had a lovely stay at Aston Cottage over the May bank holiday weekend. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children. The older adults did plenty of walking around the Estate, and the children had a great time in the play areas, soft play and the swimming pool! Two of the adults brought their own bikes and made good use of these too. Alex and Emma were excellent hosts, and were very responsive to any queries we had, both before we arrived and after. There was a small hiccup with the hot water, but this was soon sorted, once I raised. The early check in was very welcome, and so by the time our supermarket shop arrived, we were all set to start the weekend. The house and bathrooms were well equipped with condiments and bathroom 'stuff'. The Pizza shack was a great find! The only negative comments were that it was difficult to warm up the cottage, and the cleaners could pay more attention to detail, ie oven needs cleaning and there were many cobwebs! Thank you both!

The photos don’t do the lovely place justice. I was worried it wasn’t going be big enough for us, due to the fact I was using it as place to have us together to get ready for the morning of my wedding. The cottage was spacious, beautiful, cosy and was perfect for us all! There was ample of parking which was perfect. I would highly recommend and would stay again if another occasion. Both Angela and her daughter were great at responding to anything we required. They also accepting of any mess we left due to leaving late - bride always arrives fashionably late!

What a truly beautiful venue if you want a quiet & private setting with amazing views & a trip to wonderful day trip to Ludlow with lazy cafes & a wonderful river walk… beds were comfy, everything you needed & a private hot tub was the perfect end to a days walking!

Wow! What a fabulous, totally relaxing weekend in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings. We (and our 2 miniature Dachshund) just loved that as soon as you stepped of the front door, there was so much garden, woods, lake and fields to explore. And don't forget the peacocks, Roger and Kevin, adding that magical touch passing right by the front of the cottage. Jean was so lovely too. We absolutely would love to return xx

The stay was great! A group of 6 of us was able to stay and we really enjoyed the house and the location. Perfect for a nice getaway to spend quality time with friends and great for water sports nearby. Kim was very kind to leave some chocolates and drinks for us! Thank you so much :)

Fairhazel was a lovely cottage. Spotlessly clean with many thoughtful touches and lots of goodies. Lower Mill Estate is a lovely place to stay with lots to do - paddle boarding, swimming, walking, tennis and cycling. We would definitely recommend and will return. Thank you Jason
